Difficult

Very hard to give pills are to big had to crush them and force down my cats throat then he started foamed and spit it up . I tried putting in wet phone he wouldn’t

Very hard to give pills are to big had to crush them and force down my cats throat then he started foamed and spit it up . I tried putting in wet phone he wouldn’t eat it and now he won’t eat his wet food which is his favorite. Has to be a better way to give medicine.

AMAZING AND EASY TO OBTAIN

My first time using the chewy pharmacy for this medication and it was super easy. I recommend having ur vet fax the prescription over because it will be WAY faster

My cats are already feeling better. I only ran into difficultly because I needed to place an order for 2 cats but I used the chat with a pharmacist option. and they fixed it for me.

Consider Famciclovir better masked chews to wrap around these large pills.

Our cat requires 500 mg Famciclovir daily but is a bugger to pill. I ordered 200 mg famciclovir bitter masked 20 mg/chews for another pharmacy. I get 250 mg famciclovir

Our cat requires 500 mg Famciclovir daily but is a bugger to pill. I ordered 200 mg famciclovir bitter masked 20 mg/chews for another pharmacy. I get 250 mg famciclovir tablets from Chewy and form the "chew" - (the chew is almost putty like and i hide the tablet inside the putty chew.). It easily slides down his throat without the bitter taste. We are a creative bunch in our attempts to pill these kitties! Famciclovir helps keep her virus from developing into major flare ups.

I assume it probably has a strong taste but it is difficult to get my cat to take medicine so he could've just been trying to avoid it on purpose.
