Will irradiation harm my chihuahua and how much is to much?

Irradiated treats will not harm your pet. Irradiation is a safe process which reduces harmful bacteria and parasites. Irradiation has been studied for decades and been found safe in the treatment of food/edible products. We recommend giving treats sparingly, they should not be used as a food replacement. Please consult with your veterinarian if you would like more precise recommendations on how many treats to give your specific pet.
I know these are sold by weight. can you offer a range of how many per bag? 5-10 stick's? 10-15 ? 15-20?

The 6" Gullet Stick 6 ounce bag can range from 10-20 sticks per bag. Because all of Fantastic Dog Chews products are natural, there can be a lot of variation in weight and size from stick to stick. So that is why there's such a wide range for how many could be in a bag. The only guarantee is that the bag will be 6 ounces.
