Unless your Veterinarian has told you otherwise, when switching your pet to a Farmina diet from a different food, we suggest making the transition over 10 Days. From days 1 to 3 we recommend feeding 75% of the old food and 25% of the new food. From days 4 to 6 feed 50% old and 50% new. From days 7 to 9 feed 25% old and 75% new. Finally, on day 10 you can start exclusively feeding the new food.

great for sensitive stomachs
By mojo on Feb 12, 2021
My puppy has a really sensitive stomach she felt with runny stool for months. Everyone said eliminate chicken but someone said try a high quality meat product food and suggested this one. And I was so glad we did, it took 3 weeks for her stool to get fully solid in it but now that she is she is more regular then she was on any other food. She also loves it for the high meat content so I can use it as her treats too! We all want the best for our dogs so it is well worth the price tag.

Highly Acclaimed
By Baby on Mar 18, 2021
Just put this food and what you're already using side by side and let your dog decide. A little more expense might payoff in the long run.

Both dogs love this!
By hcsTX on Jan 2, 2021
I like the idea that this is made from quality ingredients and is tasty to both my dogs. I changed from Royal Canin Puppy Food and Blue Buffalo Life Protection Small Breed that I had been feeding my puppy and my 9 year old respectively. They both love the N&D and are healthy and happy, so I am pleased.

Great Dog Food
By Murph on Jan 13, 2021
Our puppy is a finicky eater but he loves the Farmina dog foods. It I good that you can use them in a rotational diet so he won’t get bored with one variety.

Not for my puppy
By PharmSheep on Jul 10, 2020
I bought this for my puppy because the ingredient list is good. I mixed a little in with her usual food to start the slow transition. A little while later, she threw it up. The next day, it happened again. I’m not sure why, maybe she has a chicken allergy. So, it’s back to her old food until I find something else.

Love this food
By Faith on May 16, 2020
This is one of the best puppy foods on the market. Beautiful coats, firm stools, crunchy little bites for baby teeth, and they love the taste if their appetites are any indication. Weaned them on to it and they will stay on it for a year or longer. Love it!

Pup won't stop eating.
By Kelly on Feb 24, 2020
The pellets are extremely small which is perfect for a 2 lb. puppy. She loves the crunch and flavor. Has gained a pound in 2 weeks.

My girls got serious stomach issues while on this food. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. It might work for some dogs but not for mine.
