Our dog has a history of cancer and her oncologist recommended this medication. Initially we had it compounded because it would require splitting pills and Idid not want to Chance breaking any pills incorrectly. However, the cost of the medication was over $160 for a little over a month. This is a much more economical option and the pills are scored well enough that they split cleanly when separating

Chewy replaced the meds that had been sent to the incorrect address, not their fault, within a few days. Sophie had been out of her meds due to a slow response from the vet, so for them to expedite the refill was greatly appreciated.

My dog had terrible side effects from this medication after only 8 doses. He was drooling excessively, urinating frequently, and was restless. The vet indicated it was likely due to the Firocoxib. I only used the Firocoxib my vet sold me. As a result I can't use the Firocoxib I purchased from Chewy. I don't know what to do with it. It cost about $100 for 30 tablets. (The title of this review states 57 mg, 120 tablets. That's incorrect. The tabs I purchased were 227 mg, 30 tablets.)
