Very dim and doesn’t work with a dimmer lamp

I bought this one in hopes it would work with the dimmer on the flowers clamp lamp since it’s the same brand But after screwing the light in and turning it all

I bought this one in hopes it would work with the dimmer on the flowers clamp lamp since it’s the same brand But after screwing the light in and turning it all the way up this bulb is incredibly dim compared to a different brand of the same wattage It’s basically useless and still doesn’t work with the dimmer not that you would even need it to with how little light it gives off to a terrarium
