The inconsistency in viscosity of product

Chewy seems to have changed vendors for this product and it is vastly different to the previous product I had been purchasing for the last 1-2 years sourced by EpiCur

Chewy seems to have changed vendors for this product and it is vastly different to the previous product I had been purchasing for the last 1-2 years sourced by EpiCur. Even the emergency vet was surprised by this products consistency during an emergency ulcer visit versus the last product which they also used to get from Chewy.

The bottle leaks and wastes medicine

The design of the bottle will leak medicine when not in use. The medicine comes in a dropper bottle placed in a dark pill bottle since the medicine needs to be stored

The design of the bottle will leak medicine when not in use. The medicine comes in a dropper bottle placed in a dark pill bottle since the medicine needs to be stored in the dark. The medicine will leaks out of the dropper bottle and accumulate in the pill bottle/be wet on the surface. Very disappointed since the medication is not cheap.

Our 11 yo dog, Rocky, has diabetes and has very quickly developed cataracts rendering him almost totally blind. Our vet recommended we use these drops to try to prevent pancreatitis, which would lead to a whole new set of problems. Thankfully nothing like that has happened and I attribute that to these drops.
