Fooey Ultra-Bitter Training Aid Spray, 8-fl oz spray

Warning to humans, be very careful about where you apply. I sprayed phone chargers, plants, cords and cables and for a week had bitter fingers every time I plugged my phone in etc. I'd recommend spraying on a paper towell and then strategically wiping it onto objects, but nothing that you'll touch regularly. It is VERY bitter and lingers after hand washing. I probably deterred myself more than the cats.

My five month old Doberman puppy was driving me crazy chewing on every single piece of wood in my apartment- the bed, door frames, couch legs, even the wall. No amount of redirecting her with treats or giving her wood toys to play with was working. I used a different bitter spray with my first dog that didn’t really work so my hopes weren’t high, but this delivered! She took one lick and backed away, and hasn’t chewed on anything since. It doesn’t have any smell which is great, but be sure to spray it in a well ventilated area or wear a mask. I managed to inhale some while spraying it and still have a bit of burning in the back of my throat.

Unfortunately this didn’t stop my pup from chewing. She licked an ottoman right after I sprayed it and kept on chewing.
