Do not apply directly to foliage of shrubs or to ornamental, soft-bodied plants. Do not apply to food or feed crops. Lightly spray surrounding soil or apply to a piece of cloth and affix near area to be protected. Repeat daily, or as necessary, until undesirable habit is broken.

We’ve been trying and failing to keep my cat away from our Christmas tree, and this product does the trick. It does need reapplied every few hours, and it does have a light but kind of funky scent when it’s first sprayed. It’s not bad to me, but it might be bothersome if you have a sensitive sense of smell. For the price, it’s definitely worth a shot.

Didn't work.

Sprayed it. Smell is horrible. Kept the cats out of Christmas tree less than 20 minutes. Rescued cat from being stuck with lights and tree parts wrapped around her

Sprayed it. Smell is horrible. Kept the cats out of Christmas tree less than 20 minutes. Rescued cat from being stuck with lights and tree parts wrapped around her neck. Broke 3 tree limbs saving cat. Took tree down, and out it went, to garbage along with the spray.

...keeps one 6 mo. old kitten from piping in corner and on bathroom rug, keeps other from chewing artificial flowers, but smells unpleasant ( to them and us!) and

There are two spots where my beloveds like to impress me with their daily bowel movements along with their urine puddles. I sprayed twice a day as recommended and crossed my fingers. They have quit doing their business in one of the spots, which is a relief and does mark progress. However, that means they have "doubled down" on the other spot. I continue to spray the Four Paws there, but to no avail. They do have two perfectly clean litter boxes that are cleaned out daily, but refuse to use either one of them. They prefer the coolness of my beautiful tile floor. I don't plan on reordering once I empty the can. Good luck with yours!

Works well for kitten, smells bad

It does work well to keep kitten out of an area, my 5 year old cat still scratches on the couch even if I spray every day a few times a day. Also the smell is strong

It works!

I have feral cats that stay around my house that I feed and give water to everyday, however the new kittens have started pooping very close to my back door and causing

I have feral cats that stay around my house that I feed and give water to everyday, however the new kittens have started pooping very close to my back door and causing swarms of flies to be around. It was disgusting. I tried a couple things and nothing worked, then I found this spray and “messy pet” cat training spray. I’ve been spraying both around the area they had been using as a litter box and I haven’t had a problem since! Just make sure to spray everyday is my recommendation.
