Adjust the amount of food you serve based on the age, size and activity level of your dog. Food should be fed at room temperature. Fresh water should be available at all times. Refrigerate unused portion. Adults: Feed 3 cans per 10 lb of body weight.

The general idea is to slowly decrease the amount of your pets current food while increasing the amount of the new food you wish to use.
