How large/heavy/long a cat will it hold?

This cat tree does not have a weight capacity and was designed for cats of all sizes. Cat trees are tested to ensure standalone stability, but should be placed on a flat, level surface against a wall or in a corner for best stability.

What is the INSIDE diameter of the top perch?

The inside diameter of the top perch is 15 inches.

How is the top bed attached to the rest of the unit. After looking at the assembly instructions it looks like the bed simply lays on top? IF so, is seems the cat could love it around and possible fall off. What am I missing? Thank you.

The bed is secured by the bottom portion which wraps around the wooden perch.

Cat loves but had to modify a bit for his safety

This is a sturdy claw post for our 17lb pound cat. He loves all of the areas to scratch and loves laying in the top section; however, he had difficulty getting back

This is a sturdy claw post for our 17lb pound cat. He loves all of the areas to scratch and loves laying in the top section; however, he had difficulty getting back down with the way the design is. He seemed to have trouble seeing the other levels to step down and it is a bigger drop than we realized to the next step-down circle. He was afraid to step down and we had to lift him out or he would jump to the nearby recliner to get down. My husband used the box cube from our old post which he attached to the wall and then we put the new post beside it. Our cat now uses that to step out of the top and then goes down the other levels to get to the floor safely. Our boy loves it completely now and is enjoying it every day, but I would just caution anyone purchasing this to be aware of that issue.

Easy assembly

My only critique is that this tower is a bit shaky when my kitty mounts and dismounts. It took a while for her to become comfortable with it. But she does love the

My only critique is that this tower is a bit shaky when my kitty mounts and dismounts. It took a while for her to become comfortable with it. But she does love the cozy perch at the top and seems to be gaining her confidence using the tower. She loves the many scratching posts (and we do, too!) If you have a larger kitty (mine is about 10lbs) you may want to consider a sturdier model.

Soft and Comfy!

I ordered this tree because it has ALOT of sisal for my cats to run up and scratch. My boy cat loves to stretch out while he scratches his sisal trees so this length

I ordered this tree because it has ALOT of sisal for my cats to run up and scratch. My boy cat loves to stretch out while he scratches his sisal trees so this length is perfect! I love the different levels to make it easier to climb up to the top for my more senior cats. The bed at the top stretches over the top level (which is just hard wood covered with a soft layer) and is pretty thin for bedding but you can definitely add in a softer bed if you want to easily. It can also tilt over easily if your cats are crazily jumping on the tree, but if they are just climbing it the tree is sterdy. Overall a great cat tree especially for a smaller space

This was an instant hit! I love that the cats can stretch tall and scratch the sisal. I debated on wether to attach the bed or not because I have other tall trees

This was an instant hit! I love that the cats can stretch tall and scratch the sisal. I debated on wether to attach the bed or not because I have other tall trees they use for sleeping and this one was mainly purchased to replace another one they used to sit on to be "in our way" as we walked by. If they continue to use the bed I'll leave it but it's nice it's detachable in case I just want a higher perch.

I put this cat tree together before noon today and my cat has been in it all afternoon. She 1st went to one of the post and started scratching then I put her in the bed and she laid down and curled up very comfy. I've been in and out of the house all afternoon and I know she's getting in and out without difficulty. I'm so excited to have this for her so she can watch out the window. As others have said this is a quality item and easy to put together, we'll worth the price. So glad I picked this one!
