What is the distance between the floor and the bottom of the lowest perch? What is the height of each perch? Additionally, what is the distance between each perch? Thank you!

Each perch is approximately 7 inches high. The distance from the floor to the lowest perch is approximately 8 inches. The distance between the lowest, middle, and third perches is approximately 16 inches. The distance between the third and highest perch is approximately 15 inches.

Is it carpet or exposed wood underneath the perches?

Not secure and Not as pictured

Not worth the money. When you twist your n the top portion, the cat tree looks nothing like the photo. I have to keep the top two seats loose so my cats can enter

Not worth the money. When you twist your n the top portion, the cat tree looks nothing like the photo. I have to keep the top two seats loose so my cats can enter them. My cats are not kittens anymore so the configuration of this tree is what I really wanted. I have to keep adjusting the loose seats daily. The tree warbles everytime they jump on the tree also. The worst $200 I have ever spent.

My cat seems happy in his citadel and I think he likes this tree. Easy set up and the weight of the tree seems solid. First impression was that it’s heavy but the two lower tiers are fixed and you screw the upper two beds into place. The carpet had quite a few plastic strings I had to trim but not unreasonable. Also, I noticed some rough areas around the inside edges of the beds so maybe better carpet or different adhesive could be used. I wish the longest pole was just wood as a design improvement for less carpet fibers.

It's pretty solid and the perches are nice a large/deep

It's pretty solid, but the carpet isn't of that great a quality, or at least the way it was attached to the wood. There are gaps, and there were MANY nylon strings

It's pretty solid, but the carpet isn't of that great a quality, or at least the way it was attached to the wood. There are gaps, and there were MANY nylon strings hanging that had to be clipped off. I don't think it is worth the price, honestly. I think it should be priced around $120 then it would be more worth it.

I did use the screws to keep the middle pole stable with the tree. Without it there is a small gap and if the cat jumps it could topple over. The whole thing looked

Wonderful cat tree!

One of our cats is getting older. She was having trouble getting down from our six foot tree. This tree is the perfect height for her! We switched out the top bed

One of our cats is getting older. She was having trouble getting down from our six foot tree. This tree is the perfect height for her! We switched out the top bed with one from our old tree, but other than that it's a big hit! Our older cat loves hiding in the deep circle beds. We can only see her ears, which we know she loves.

Easy assembly, looks great. I love it. My cat plays on it, but still sleeps in the old ratty, too small one. Cats!!!! Please note, this is very heavy, husband had to help the delivery guy because no handles on the large awkward box. Single cat ladies may need help. Assembly is easy for one person. Very large sleeping spaces. My 2 yr old cat has no trouble getting to different levels, or to the top. Also do not have problem with the carpet shedding or stringing.

So disappointed in the quality being lower than shown in ad photos

We originally bought this cat tree in 2021 and our cats have loved it and it lasted 4 years which is amazing. It was time for us to get a new one and so we thought

We originally bought this cat tree in 2021 and our cats have loved it and it lasted 4 years which is amazing. It was time for us to get a new one and so we thought why not order the same one. I put both trees next to each other and the quality difference is crazy compared to the four years. The sturdy pole that’s supposed to attach everything is much smaller and way less sturdy. It’s very expensive for the quality. I added photos to show the difference between the old one and new one but just want you to be aware if you were looking into this one that it is much lighter and flimsier than the old model.
