Let me tell you, we’ve put together a lot of cat trees over the years from lots of different manufacturers. This Frisco tree was by far one of the easiest to put together. The parts were all labeled correctly and instructions were easy to follow. That wasn’t the case with many other trees we’ve put together. And this tree is also well made. An incredible deal for the price and quality. I’ll never doubt Chewy brand products going forward. My babies even love the Tiny Tiger wet food which is Chewy brand. I’m loving Chewy more and more everyday.

I received this product and several of the pieces do not line up no matter how you work them. When following the instructions exactly, one of the platforms has a

I received this product and several of the pieces do not line up no matter how you work them. When following the instructions exactly, one of the platforms has a hole that you're meant to line up with the post underneath it, but in actuality they are about 6 inches apart. Another piece, when placed the way the instructions tell you to, is facing the wrong direction and has no option for turning it around.

I been working these for 3 hours still not completely done they didn’t even give me all the right bolt sizes to make it work together for especially the square condo

I been working these for 3 hours still not completely done they didn’t even give me all the right bolt sizes to make it work together for especially the square condo thing even tried with the longest bult in the instructions and bag the y even pit holes in the wrong spots and is totally miss aligned they can’t even give me different bolts to work with with out send it back /. Replacement parts and was told to undo the whole thing to line up the different bult sizes when I know there in the right spots up to trying to pit the square condo thing thing on by far the most difficult cat tree that I ever tried building

Purchased this to replace another cat tree our rescue kittens practically destroyed in a few months. This is perfect for them, more scratching posts and definitely more stable for them to climb and play on. They spend a lot of time on it watching birds, squirrels and napping. Decided to purchase this one because we have another one in different area of the house for our older cat. The tree has held up well with all of her use over the past couple of years.
