Is the carpeting already put on pieces or do we have to attach that as well as part of the assembly we need to do?

The assembly of this cat tree does not require attaching the Faux Fur, Sisal, Plant Material, or Synthetic Fabric. Each of these materials will arrive already attached.

What's the maximum weight this can hold?

This cat tree doesn't have a weight capacity and was designed for cats of all sizes. Cat trees are tested to ensure standalone stability, and wall anchors are provided as an option for additional stability. The lower apartment measures 12.5 x 19.5 x 12 inches and the upper apartment measures 12.5 x 12.5 x 10 inches.

How long are the ramps?

The two scratch board ramps measure approximately 13.7 inches long x 5.5 inches wide.

Is it easy to disassemble? I live with my parents until August, and will need to disassemble to bring to my apartment.

The cats love it!

This was easy to assemble and our cats adore it. Enough space for them both, though they both really like being on the up high platforms. They love playing with

This was easy to assemble and our cats adore it. Enough space for them both, though they both really like being on the up high platforms. They love playing with the hanging mice and are using the scratching posts instead of our furniture. Seems pretty sturdy too. We haven’t used the braces to attach it to the wall, but we may. We got the grey color and it’s a nice mid-tone cool grey.

Shocked that Chewy is still selling these

We had the older version of this cat tower a few years and were pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness. However, we bought a new one just a couple months ago and

We had the older version of this cat tower a few years and were pleasantly surprised by its sturdiness. However, we bought a new one just a couple months ago and it already broke in the same way as it has for other reviewers. We have two 10-lb cats who use the tower a normal amount, but it became wobbly pretty instantly and just broke all the way today. This cat tower is incredibly low quality and definitely not worth the price. I’m surprised Chewy is still selling them when they clearly have a quality and safety issue.

Didn’t last a year

I bought this cat tree in February of 2025. Now it’s January 2026 and one of the pedestals just broke off. They’ve never been sturdy. They wobbled when my cats sat

Places to sit and look on us, cubby holes to hide in, lots of scratchers.

I didn’t think they’d play with the little mice but they do! Assembly takes some brains but it’s relatively easy. Having a second smaller one was an awesome deal

Btw customer service is actually helpful and knows what they’re doing. I had the wrong delivery address in my account and she fixed it immediately even after it already shipped. I received it no problem, hardly delayed. Chewy is 10/10.

A Waste of Money

Where do I begin. I've put cat trees together before, but this is the biggest mess I've ever seen. Wrong/missing screws, wrong directions, and very unstable materials

Where do I begin. I've put cat trees together before, but this is the biggest mess I've ever seen. Wrong/missing screws, wrong directions, and very unstable materials. The holes for screws don't line up and it collapsed halfway through construction. It couldn't hold my 16 pound cat. Got rid of the box so can't return. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Broken within 2 months

Very unhappy with this cat tower. Within less than 2 months 2 of the 3 perch spots have broken off the cat tower. When asked for replacement parts Chewy said I’d

Very unhappy with this cat tower. Within less than 2 months 2 of the 3 perch spots have broken off the cat tower. When asked for replacement parts Chewy said I’d need to package the ENTIRE cat tower up and return it to get a new cat tower replacement. I don’t even have a box big enough to fit this thing, not to mention the time and energy it takes to break it down and then build an entirely new one. I’ve bought this same exact tower for over 5 years and have never experienced this before with the tower. I will not be purchasing again and will seriously consider purchasing from Chewy again because of this. In this economy it’s not too much to ask for a full replacement for an expensive item that’s broken numerous times and not inconvenience your customers by taking apart a broken cat tower and hauling a dang 25 pound box to ups.

This Purchase Was a Mistake

This is the 3rd or 4th Frisco Tree & Condo I've purchased over the last decade and the decrease in quality is painfully obvious. It is so wobbly as to be unsafe

This is the 3rd or 4th Frisco Tree & Condo I've purchased over the last decade and the decrease in quality is painfully obvious. It is so wobbly as to be unsafe and I will probably be replacing it in the very near future with another brand. I'll take my losses and just throw this one out and not return it. I would have been willing to spend an additional $30 or so for better quality. Very disappointing purchase.
