The Frisco Cactus Wall Mounted Cat Scratching Mat is such a nice mat! It is a very thick yet lighter weight for hanging, high-quality, heavy-duty mat. There are no claw marks where my cats have scratched on it so far, which leads me to believe this mat will last a very long time. The heavy-duty rubber tabs to hang the mat are sewn into the back of the mat, and the kit includes all the screws and everything you need to hang it on the wall. I couldn't even get the mat on the wall before my cats started using it, they were very excited about it. Depending on what your cats prefer I think it could be used as either a wall mat or floor mat as it is very versatile. If you are looking for a high-quality, nice-looking design I would definitely recommend this mat. I'm super impressed and looking forward to my cats having a lot of fun with it.

Loved by cat even before we hung it up! Laid it on the floor to introduce the scratch pad and wishing seconds she was on it. After her thorough exam, she started scratching and it soon became a favorite lounging spot. The size is a plus: not too big but big enough. The backing prevents shifting and provides coverage to the area underneath. Honestly, you could use this as a floor scratcher if you didn't have space to hang it and they would still love it. It is still a hit after a week, so that is a true test of its value if you know cats!

This cat scratching pad is a beautiful piece but for unknown reasons my two cats just have no interest in it. I wanted to find a good location for this wall scratcher

This cat scratching pad is a beautiful piece but for unknown reasons my two cats just have no interest in it. I wanted to find a good location for this wall scratcher before putting nails in my walls so I have placed it in different locations and even tried just putting it on the floor in hopes my cats would use it but so far they just walk past it even when I put my cat’s right up against it, I might just sprinkle it with catnip to attract them to it but in due time my cats just might start using it

My boys have loved this (and the box it came in) since we received it.... to the point it has not even made it up on the wall yet. My 7 year old, Sunny loves to lay and sit on it when he is not scratching it. My almost 3 year old, Boo, also likes it. As far as quality, it is a good thickness and the attached hangers are a thick sort of plastic that has survived Boo's chewing, so I would feel comfortable with it holding onto a wall. Provided are screws, washers, and the holders that will be screwed into the wall with the screw (I do not know what they are called). Nice size for my large 15 lb cat to stretch for scratching and still have extra room on the end. Personally, I would prefer without a picture on it, but have received compliments on the cactus looking nice. Thank you for another great product! Boo, Sunny, and mom

I really like this cactus scratcher and so do my 13 cats. Some scratch on it, some actually hang on it and others use it in their zoomies as a spring board, running down the hallway and springing off the wall it is attached to. I like that it seems to be holding up well with all the use.

I attached the scratcher to the wall and my cat did not interact with it at all except an inspection sniff. After a couple of days, I removed it and placed it on the floor and she went crazy! She loves to scratch and roll around on it. She also gets the zoomies and just runs back and forth over it. I'm surprised it doesn't go flying, but it's nicely grounded by its weight and also the little grips on the underside.

The mat feels very well constructed. I believe it will last a long time. Comes with wall anchors which I did not use. I mounted it with Command strips so I wouldn't damage the wall. Now it can be moved to other rooms if needed. Now I wait for the cats to use it.
