Missing flap for door

Item looks fine. BUT the flap for door is missing! Ordered 4 items at same time. Got 1st box, order listed 3 of the 4 items were included/ but one item Was Not included-

Item looks fine. BUT the flap for door is missing! Ordered 4 items at same time. Got 1st box, order listed 3 of the 4 items were included/ but one item Was Not included- chat with Claudette, she was really nice, said she put in my order for one- no add’l charge , got it the next day! Also got the final item- a corner litter box, with a flap on the front same day. Only problem - No Flap for front!!! Otherwise nice box . All of a sudden this Chewy order is pretty messed up! 1st time ever in 9 years) Is it worth calling/ chatting again to have the item as ordered ? I’ll think about it. But am disappointed.

The corner fit it good

But this box is definitely too small for my big cat. My other cat is literally 1/3 his size and she fits fine. So, this is mostly her box. I love how the opening

Door Flap

My cat decided he didn't like the door flap on this litter box and would burry it in the litter :). Unfortunately he was able to remove it when ever I put it on

My cat decided he didn't like the door flap on this litter box and would burry it in the litter :). Unfortunately he was able to remove it when ever I put it on. Decided to just take it off, seems to work fine after that. It is actaully bigger than I expected and takes up quite a bit of space even though it is a corn box it has plenty of space for my cat.

The cover has kept all urine inside the litter box easily. The flip top makes cleaning super easy! We love that this box fits in a corner and takes up very little space this way.
