Wedge shape, carpet/vinyl bottom

I never bothered with a mat. I did't think they would do anything. This mat is just great. It traps the litter from my kitty's paws. There is a lot less litter

Holds a lot of pee

My cat cat peed on this and it held a lot of pee which was great for easier clean up. But I wish I saw that it was washable before I threw it away.
