There were many problems with assembly as follows that I encounter. 1. The instructions don't mention you need a 10 mm wrench to tighten the nuts and bolts. 2. The instructions mention the product is provided with predrilled holes. This was certainly not true for the package I received. 3. The floor pieces have poor fit to the frame of the house 4. Blowup diagram details to show you exact guidance needed to proceed are too small to be of use. 5. The hinge provided is too small to enable a stable connection of the roof to the side house wall. I had to buy and use an alternate hinge, 3 inches total height, 1 1/2 inch dimension of each side, to obtain such a connection. 6. I couldn't install the provided hinge because of lack of predrilled holes and my inability to determine from the too-small blowup diagram to determine where exactly where it should be installed. I question whether its installation is really necessary since you shouldn't have to constantly open up the house's to gain access to the house interior if you securely insert the hinge's screws. Really disappointed and I shouldn't have had to address the above problems. I would have returned the house except it would be more of a hassle to reinsert all the pieces and styrofoam cushions in the box to enable that action. I can only hope someone from Chewy reads this review and contacts the manufacturer to address these issues. I was wavering of giving the review of the house a one star rating based on the above-described assebly challenges.
