I bought this bed in 2019. I want to buy new one but it does not look like the same design. Did you change the design...?

I bought them a second time, and they are not as good of quality as they use to be, but still decent for the price. About to order 2 for the 3rd time. I think I got roughly 2 years with the second set.

How is the bed cleaned? Does the cover unzip for easy cleaning?

Remove the cover. Machine wash cover separately in cold water only. Delicate cycle. Use only Non-Chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry in low heat. Reshape as needed.

What exactly unzips? Just the cushion or the bolster cover also?

The cover of the entire bed unzips, so you can remove it for easy cleaning.

Is the cover “permeable”? Basically, if it gets wet (water or urine), will the liquid make it to foam insides?

Leaks like a Sieve

My dog had a very small urinary accident and it went through the entire bed wetting the floor. The cover is washable, but the cushion is already ruined.

Well the bed is definitely large enough for him, but- he keeps sniffing it and doesn’t seem to want to sleep on it? I don’t know why but from day one he’s had a problem with it. I have noticed that it’s not as firm as I’d like and that might be his problem as well. It has already “cratered” in the center. We’re going round and round about him sleeping in his own bed lol and not with me and he’s never done that before. Sorry! Laura & Big Mac

Plush and cozy

My picky dog doesn't seem to care for it. Sleeps with us & lounges on the couch with us, but he has an old pillow bed he likes to lay on when he's in my husband's

My picky dog doesn't seem to care for it. Sleeps with us & lounges on the couch with us, but he has an old pillow bed he likes to lay on when he's in my husband's man cave. Maybe this one is too plush. However, when I sat on it to encourage him to join me, it feels like a child's couch. Plenty of support while being giving at the same time. But alas, the fat cat of the house certainly approves, so it'll definitely get some use. (For reference she's about 10 lbs.)
