Does the mat crinkle?

No, it doesn't. Smooth fabric on one side, "sherpa" fleece on the other. Our cats LOVE them (I got 2). Convenient size, kitties fit fine on it. And it does seem to have a "self warming" or reflective property which I'm sure adds to the cat's pleasure on it. Seems to be a foam inside (see the description). I also found that it washes and dries very nicely; one of our little ones made a bit of a mess on one of the pads. Tossed it in the washing machine then dried it in the dryer (following tag directions) and good as new. Didn't break down or wear. Would buy again if/when needed.

Cats love these

My three cats all love to nap on these mats. I have them on the seats of the leather recliners in our home office, and there is at least one cat napping on them

My three cats all love to nap on these mats. I have them on the seats of the leather recliners in our home office, and there is at least one cat napping on them throughout the day and evening when we are at our computers. I purchased 3 of these mats so each cat could have one, but they all seem to gravitate to the same mat and chase off whoever is currently sleeping on it.

Design is fun and playful

Fluffy but not flimsy. My cat loves it and she's picky. It's warm and thick so she's not so close to the cold floor. Easy to maintain, just toss it in the washer

Soft and cozy

This is a nice little square pad. It's soft and the print is adorable. It gives our kitty a little spot to lay in that he can enjoy in one of our rooms.

Wrong Size

The Mat was good, but it was too small and it was not cushy enough for a bed. Would be good for a pet carrier liner though!

Cute and extremely comfy!

I got this for my male 12 lb cat. He LOVES the soft wool-like side. I wanted something to place inside my cat's heated bed. It came with a pad but the material

I got this for my male 12 lb cat. He LOVES the soft wool-like side. I wanted something to place inside my cat's heated bed. It came with a pad but the material was sparse. This worked perfectly. I also bought one for my friends cat to put on top of the cupboard where his cat likes to take naps. It was a huge hit over there, too. The price is also reasonable and the quality was great. Kudos to this the designer!
