About Frisco Elevated Pet Beds

A Throne of Their Own

A Throne of Their Own

With Frisco's Elevated Pet Bed, your pup will be living the life of luxury in a bed fit for royalty. It's a comfy, cool spot for him to rest his paws after a long day of tail chasing, spirited barking, and fetching anything and everything for his owner. Whether it's dozing off in the backyard, curling up inside by the couch or hanging out on the porch, furry family members can do it all in the comfort of their very own throne.

Strong and Durable Design

Frisco's Cot-Style Bed features a solid design from top to bottom. The powder-coated steel frame helps keep the bed stable and safely elevated. And the PVC-coated, fabric sleeping surface supports your pet without sagging—even after long-term use. To keep the bed from sliding when your dog jumps on or off, it's equipped with skid-resistant feet for better stability.

House Nappers and Outdoor Loungers

Wherever you go, your pet wants to go. Which is great, because the Frisco Elevated Pet Bed is easy to assemble and break down for transport. You can set it up next to your favorite arm chair, take it on camping trips, or let your sidekick sprawl out poolside. This versatile bed stays grounded no matter where you place it, and the non-porous surface can be wiped clean after being outdoors.

Staying Clean and Cool

Beds that sit on the ground are vulnerable to dirt and don't allow pets to cool down. The Frisco Elevated Pet Bed lifts your doggy pal off of wet, muddy grass to keep him clean and cool, especially on rainy or hot days. That's good news for dogs with thick fur that tend to get overheated. Air can flow right through the fabric, so your pet will be feeling the breeze (or chilling in the AC).

Elevated for Comfort

Keeping your pet off hard floors and rough outdoor surfaces can ease the stress on your trusty tail wagger's joints, especially in his golden years. Instead of lying down on an uncomfortable hardwood or cement floors that can cause calluses, he'll rest easy on his comfy snoozing spot. And because it sits inches above the ground, it's easier for older pets to hop on or off.

  • Disappointed

    By on

We had really high expectations for this bed. We bought it to replace an old, falling apart dog bed that belonged to our Dutch Shepherd. First of all, it was a bit challenging to put together. The last screw took me over 30 minutes to get in properly. Once together, we quickly realized that it slides all over the place! It absolutely does not have non-slip feet. What's worse is our dog is not interested in this bed at all. We have tried everything to get her to get on it, but no luck. We are hoping it will grow on her, but so far it's just an awkward piece of dog furniture hanging out in our bedroom.

  • Frisco Elevated Bed

I found this while searching for ways to help "cool" my boy down while resting. He's got a lot of hair and in the summer months he had a difficult time getting comfortable while napping around the house and outside in the breezeway. This helped! Assembly is easy but even easier with two people. I had my daughter press down on the bed to keep it in place while I messed with that last leg. Got it on the first try with her help. It's sturdy, blends in well with our furniture, and worth every penny. Oh, and I got the medium for my 50lb pup. He has just enough room on it!

  • Fantastic bed, great price

I have 2 elevated pet beds -- one is the most popular brand (I won't name it), and one is the Frisco bed. I was very pleased and surprised at how much better the Frisco bed is constructed, and for less cost. The "other" bed frame gets very loose every time I pick it up to move it -- the screws quickly work themselves out of the frame and I often have to drag out the screwdriver to tighten the screws. But the Frisco bed has frame joints that are much better designed, so the joints fit more tightly, the screws don't get lose, and the bed frame doesn't get floppy every time I move the bed. Plus, the Frisco bed cost about 30% less. Very happy with this purchase.

  • I SIZED UP

I have a 50lb rescue Chow Chow and decided to size up to the large bed to give her more "lounge room". By the photo, you can see how much she likes her new bed. LOL. I got this bed to use in the backyard and to keep her from laying all afternoon on the concrete since she has some arthritis. It's a good height too. Off the ground, but low enough for her to easily walk on. It is really well made, easy to assemble (her and I did it together so she could acclimate to it. I had her lay on the fabric and gave her treats before I put the fabric on the frame. I also let her sniff everything and she got lots of treats during the process) I highly recommend this product.

  • Didn't Know I Needed This Until I Got It

    By on

I have a senior 90# ASD/GD mix (all legs, big heart & teeny tiny brain). He loves it on the patio, up from the damp wood. He loves it in the living room, near the floor heating vents, but not on top of them. He loves it in the play room, where he takes his chew treats. Yes, I move it from place to place to please the dog. By next summer I'll have an indoor & outdoor version. The only thing I would prefer different: the caps on the legs are not non-skid enough for when he jumps on it: it sorta becomes a sled.

  • Worth it so far

    By on

We saw this bed on here, and did a little bit of research. Saw good and bad reviews, but thought it was worth a try for the price. We received it, and put it together with no problem, thanks to the easy to follow directions and included tool. We threw my precious senior Bella's blanket on it, and that was all she wrote. Our dog is in love and so are we. This bed seems to be the most comfortable our baby has ever had. She weighs 60 lbs, so I will update after a little use to tell how it holds up.

  • Great price, easy to put together, nice size

    By on

I bought a large which at the time was on sale for 19.99 for my pup Shadow who is a lab mix, 9 months, and huge, somewhere around 60 something pounds. While I was putting it together he took it upon himself to lay on the mat which made assembly a little tricky. Other then that not too bad to put together, the last leg was a pain but I didn't see the extra page that gives a helpful hint until after the struggle. Either way, put together or not he loves it and I'm glad. I spent 60 dollars on a luxury memory foam bed for him to just enjoy the stuffing. So I needed something a little tougher. It's a plus that this is portable but a little large to just stick in a car. Overall great buy. :) Oh also, not sure if this is just my area but it was delivered next day! … more

  • Affordable, sturdy dog cot!

    By on

Affordable, sturdy, well made dog cot. Small is just right for my foster ACD who is 32 pounds. Assembled easily- bars go inside fabric, curved legs labeled B and C fit together on each long side-indents on legs for bolts go toward outside of cot, straight bars on ends, just start bolts a couple threads all the way around till all in, then tighten all 4 bolt tight with enclosed wrench. :)

  • Awsome bed

    By on

Got 2 of these babies on sale, for our very pampered pooches. They are easy to put together, and the cover is very sturdy, easy to just hose off when it needs to be cleaned. I bought 2 large ones, the dogs didn't seem interested when first bought, but today I made them lay on them, so they didn't get in the way of work we were doing, and they liked them!! One dog is Healer and Husky about 45lbs. & the other is Mastiff and Bulldog about 88lbs.

  • Larger Than Expected

    By on

As others have said, the bed is larger than I expected. It is truly big enough for a great dane. I have a Golden Retriever a another dog just a bit smaller an they both could seriously fit onto one bed. But I have two and they both love them. They prefer an old blanket on top. It is really great since one of them is about 15 years old. It is low to the ground and he won't hurt himself getting in and out of it.
