About Frisco Elevated Pet Beds

A Throne of Their Own

A Throne of Their Own

With Frisco's Elevated Pet Bed, your pup will be living the life of luxury in a bed fit for royalty. It's a comfy, cool spot for him to rest his paws after a long day of tail chasing, spirited barking, and fetching anything and everything for his owner. Whether it's dozing off in the backyard, curling up inside by the couch or hanging out on the porch, furry family members can do it all in the comfort of their very own throne.

Strong and Durable Design

Frisco's Cot-Style Bed features a solid design from top to bottom. The powder-coated steel frame helps keep the bed stable and safely elevated. And the PVC-coated, fabric sleeping surface supports your pet without sagging—even after long-term use. To keep the bed from sliding when your dog jumps on or off, it's equipped with skid-resistant feet for better stability.

House Nappers and Outdoor Loungers

Wherever you go, your pet wants to go. Which is great, because the Frisco Elevated Pet Bed is easy to assemble and break down for transport. You can set it up next to your favorite arm chair, take it on camping trips, or let your sidekick sprawl out poolside. This versatile bed stays grounded no matter where you place it, and the non-porous surface can be wiped clean after being outdoors.

Staying Clean and Cool

Beds that sit on the ground are vulnerable to dirt and don't allow pets to cool down. The Frisco Elevated Pet Bed lifts your doggy pal off of wet, muddy grass to keep him clean and cool, especially on rainy or hot days. That's good news for dogs with thick fur that tend to get overheated. Air can flow right through the fabric, so your pet will be feeling the breeze (or chilling in the AC).

Elevated for Comfort

Keeping your pet off hard floors and rough outdoor surfaces can ease the stress on your trusty tail wagger's joints, especially in his golden years. Instead of lying down on an uncomfortable hardwood or cement floors that can cause calluses, he'll rest easy on his comfy snoozing spot. And because it sits inches above the ground, it's easier for older pets to hop on or off.

  • Exceeded Our Expectations, Great Value!

I was a bit skeptical when I placed my order but I am very pleased! I have four pitt-lab mix adult dogs weighing from 65 to 95 pounds. I had concerns that the bed would not be sturdy enough for them. Decided to order only one to try it out first. My friend assembled it for me in no time. Nice and sturdy. It is bigger than I imagined it would be. Based on the Large size alone, two of my dogs could easily fit but would exceed the weight max. Have had it about 2 weeks now and feel confident enough that I'm ordering the other 3 right now. Due to the Large size I've opted to go with 2 Medium sized beds for the girls and 2 Large for the boys, based on weight. The bed is great so far. It seems like the two Large beds are about the same in size as my full sized (3 cushion) living room couch! I can't imagine, that the identical product, under a different brand name (more expensive) could possible be any better than this one. Very pleased with Frisco Steel Framed Elevated Pet bed Large! • Despite operator error, this is a great bed!

I bought this bed for my 30 pound Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen. I bought the large size, knowing it would be too big for him, but thats how he typically likes beds- he wants to be able to spread out. This bed is absolutely fantastic. It is light weight and sturdy, and able to withstand my boy running and jumping on it at full speed. It also serves as a great watchtower so that he can look out the window at the families walking by our apartment. This bed is honestly perfect for the price. Now, it is difficult to assemble and took a bit of finagling to get the last screw into the leg without it twisting and turning all over the place, but I got it to work and I just keep it against a wall so I bought this bed for my 30 pound Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen. It still remains one of the best beds that I've purchased for my dog at $20. … more

  • Sturdy dog lounge

    By on

This metal framed dog lounge / bed was super easy to put together! I just got brand new 100% Wool carpet in my home. This is just the ticket to having my sweet McNab collie cozy and comfy right next to me. I love her totally but she is a breed that has "doggie smell". This off the floor bed is great for keeping my new carpet staying nice and clean! I crocheted a blanket that just fits the top. I put the bed next to my chair and she got right on it with no hesitation. She has been a ranch dog for her first 4 years of her life...herding cattle & sheep & having wonderful offspring. For a ranch dog used to sleeping on hay & shavings....she knew exactly how to use her new bed! She and I LOVE This metal framed dog lounge / bed was super easy to put together! • Didn't even last a week

    By on

Let me start with I have a malinois that weighs 64 lbs. when I had set this up it was fine for the first couple of days but then I noticed that one of the bars was bent in the middle, I banged it back into shape but that only lasted for a day after it snapped where the bolt was at. From my understanding this can hold up to 100 lb dog but it didn't. Save yourself the time and purchase something more durable.

  • Love at first nap!

    By on

I was very nervous to purchase this elevated bed. I wasn't sure my pup was going to like it or would even try to use it. The price was great so I figured if he didn't like it I could just donate it to a local shelter. But HE LOVED IT!! When he comes home from doggie daycare he runs right to his elevated bed and takes a nice long nap! He can get off of it easily and I can tell it really helps his hips and joints! Very happy with my decision to give this bed a try!!

  • Well, I was surprised.

I got this as a side-thought for my 20 month old Olde English Bulldogge. I thought it might come in handy as a spot for him to lie down under my covered porch after a splash in his kiddie pool. I put it together (quite easily) and had left it for a couple days in my living room until I had time to haul it, and a storage chest, outside. My OEB decided to hop right on it whilst it was still in my living room and snooze! He has 2 different orthopedic dog beds in this house he enjoys, but I was surprised he chose this. Now he has taken to bringing all of his toys onto this Frisco Elevated Pet Cot. I'm seriously loving it! I had real problems with my dog and these new dark wood floors I had installed a few months ago. He would chew his toys on the floor, or on my oriental rugs, and make a frothy, foamy, wet mess. Little pieces of bone, antler, and slobber everywhere I stepped. Not to mention his damp paws and belly from playing outside, flopping on my new wood floors.... But I love and spoil him, so I tolerated it... Well, now he seems to only want to lay on this cot as he dries off and chews his bones. My floors have been saved! I originally ordered a size medium since he is 55 lbs, but now I will order a size large for my living room corner so he can chew his toys and make a happy, sloppy mess on an even bigger elevated cot, away from my wood floors. The covering on this bed is a heavy plastic coated mesh that wipes off very easily. The only thing I don't love about this elevated cot is that I didn't know about it a long time ago! … more

  • GREAT quality, lightweight!! =D

I unpacked the 1st of 4 of these beds I ordered for my assorted cat and dog family. I was surprised at the quality of the bed ~ it looked like material that is on outdoor furniture! OK, so I take the plastic off all the pieces, four legs, four long frame pieces. Being the "intelligent" person I AM, I gave the instructions a cursory glance and thought "piece of CAKE!".... picked up the pieces and got started.... the "this side up" label fooled me ~ did it mean this side up during the put-together stage, or when the bed was completed??? I must tell you gentle people that I do NOT recommend trying to put this together with a 5-lb CAT sitting on the canvas. I must tell you gentle people that I do NOT recommend trying to put this together with a 5-lb CAT sitting on the canvas. As loving as they ARE, they make LOUSY assistants!! The long pieces took a little it of wiggling to get through the channel on the sides, but with each one I put together (4), it got easier. It DOES make a difference, to have the correct end pieces on each ~ you will need one "B" and one "C" on each short end. I was a little dismayed as the 4th screw felt cross-threaded, and when I tried to loosen it, it came out all together ~ and was a booger to put back in. (I just needed ONE MORE HAND!) One of the corners WILL pop up during installation, and even after completion, but if you put it on the floor and gently push on opposite long sides, it will pop down nicely. It may also pop out of alignment if you move it, but again, just put all 4 feet on the floor and push down gently. The cats and dogs seem to like them well ~ they are wonderful and I'm so glad I bought them. I got four of the large ones... so ignore my comments if you bought one of the smaller ones ~ I think the instructions to put them together are different. I'm VERY happy with the quality of the products, the ease of ordering, the FAST delivery, GREAT VALUE and the SUPERIOR customer service! Be blessed!! … more

  • Kuchi Krew Approved

    By on

I was sceptical at first, every company claims there's is the best. I'm not saying these Frisco dog cots are the best, but they are the best for the price and I purchased my krew's on sale. After putting together the large one, the other 2 mediums , 2 smalls were easy once you got the hang of it. I knew I would be using them inside and outside and wanted to make sure washing them off would be easiest as possible for me without the leg/frame connection leaking and filling up with water ( I had another brand do that) so I used some silicone thread tape on the male pipe connection, just to make sure it was leak proof but can still get it apart if ever needed. • Perfect addition!

Can't rave enough about the Frisco Pet Bed - easy to assemble, quality materials, and most important, my dogs all love it. It provides them with a comfortable, stable, and healthy alternative to sleeping on the floor. I even have one outside on the patio which in addition to being used by all my 4-legged critters as a resting place, it's also used as a special place where they deposit their toys. Can't say enough about the Frisco beds - you won't regret buying one!
