From The Field Stalkless Catnip lasts approximately 2 years Every expiration date will be different for each tub, as different batches are constantly being produced. The expiration date will be stamped on the top or bottom of the tub.

It arrived in the container shown inside a zip locked bag. My cats pounced on the package in the bag when I removed it from the box. My cats will follow me if I take the bag off the shelf. They have never loved cat nip as much as they do this brand. When I place their toys in a bag with a small amount this nip, shake it up, and toss the toys, they go from indifferent to playful. A small amount goes a long way, so this container will last for much longer than any other brand I purchased.

My son makes cat toys, so we are very familiar with what catnip smells like. This product smells completely different. Our cat was interested, but not overly. Normally she's hanging out near us while we're making the toys, but she wasn't while we were using this catnip. I'm concerned it's not really catnip. On a side note, the 10oz bag was shipped with a box of litter and didn't survive the trip. Tip: don't purchase with kitty litter.

Holy moly. I’ve never seen my cat so excited for catnip. This was in the plastic bag it came in in a tall sideboard that he never normally get up on. I found him

Holy moly. I’ve never seen my cat so excited for catnip. This was in the plastic bag it came in in a tall sideboard that he never normally get up on. I found him up there biting at the bag to get to it. One small pinch and my cat lost his mind. He was worked up for quite some time. He’s always loved catnip and I have *never* seen anything quite like. I didn’t used to think there was that much difference in catnips bits wow, there really is.

Before I got it out of the bag, Tonto was all over me trying desperately to get at it! This Cat Nip is very potent and really nicely ground to almost powder its so soft. You absolutely notice the absence of hard stems and questionable material in other brands like Yeowww! I took a photo of a side by side so you can see the difference. Yeowww! Cat Nip is okay but now that my boys and I have experienced From the Field brand...Hands Down this is the best and our Forever Cat Nip!

While I liked the fact this is a stalkless catnip (and it really was stalkless) it was incredibly messy, and my cats inhaled quite a bit of it. After so many negative experiences with catnips recently, I would recommend buying fresh catnip plants or catnip seeds and offer fresh or dried catnip you prepare yourself.

I just wanted to let folks know this is a very fine, almost powder like texture and if you put it on things like cardboard scratchers it tends to go right through

I just wanted to let folks know this is a very fine, almost powder like texture and if you put it on things like cardboard scratchers it tends to go right through. My cats are interested in it but I don't think I'd purchase it again due to the texture being so fine. Might be best inside toys where there is a velcro clasp and you put the catnip inside. Not as good for scratchers as it makes a mess and falls right through.
