This purchase was a fraudulent charges to my account. I reported this to your customer service department and I have not heard anything back from them. They said I would be reimbursed, but I have not received the money back as of yet. The person I spoke to said she had cancelled the order, however, I received a message that the products were delivered. The address of the delivery is not my address.

Don’t use this product if you have dogs with sensitive skin. We used the regular formula with no issues last year. This new version is what caused our golden doodles skin to burn, it gave them a large hot spot where the medicine was administered. And now they are left with a large scabs. I should’ve taken pics when it first happened, but I didn’t think to until it scabbed over.

I have always trusted Frontline. My dogs are inside/outside and allowed to run freely in a rural environment with field fencing which allows small critters to also be in their environment. The dogs have never come inside our home with any bugs, etc. on them. I never have to even think about it happening.

Bad reaction

I put this on my Staffordshire bull terrier and it burned and irritated his skin. He started shaking his head after the treatment. He would shake every 30 seconds

I put this on my Staffordshire bull terrier and it burned and irritated his skin. He started shaking his head after the treatment. He would shake every 30 seconds. It burned his skin. I have since bathed him 3 times to scrub the medicine off and he is still aggravated by the treatment. I will never use any liquid flea medicine on him ever again.

Not sure about this new Frontline Shield yet. I only got the 3 month package because last year we had problems with Frontline not working and had a very bad summer flea infestation. I don't see any fleas on my girl but when I applied it in 3 spots on her back skin like the instructions said it ran all over her hair. After waiting more than the 24 hour period before she went swimming again her hair was still looking greasy from the product. This one is supposed to be stronger and she did seem Tobe irritated by it on the back of her neck and shoulders.

After 5 days my dog is still itchy and her coat is still oily and matted.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The applicator is awful. The liquid comes out quickly and does not disappear in a day or two like Frontline

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The applicator is awful. The liquid comes out quickly and does not disappear in a day or two like Frontline Gold does. In addition, my dog has been shaking and itching for days. I'm bathing her today to try to get rid of the residue after applying it 5 days ago. I switched to Frontline Shield at my vet's recommendation. I will be switching back to Frontline Gold and throwing the 5 remaining doses in the trash.
