I ordered the jumbo bed and it only measured 38 inches long. I contacted Chewy about it and they gladly sent me another one. The same thing happened again, and the jumbo sized bed only measured about 38 inches in length...not 45 as the dimensions state in the description. Not sure what’s going on here, but the measurements are not correct. My 75lb dog hangs off the bed. The quality is okay...the bed is pretty thin and not that supportive.
But on a good note, Chewy’s customer service is top notch.

I have a 75 pound, 13-year-old Sheepdog who is arthritic and requires, in a bed, a certain height, softness, firmness, portability for travel, stability when he is trying to get up, etc etc. I have a $300 Big Barker (excellent purchase if you're considering it but it's a lot of money!) that has been his main bed for years, and I have cycled through others that are in and out within months as they are junk. This FurHaven bed is second best only to the much, much more expensive beds. For the price difference, I'm very very happy with this value. Honestly, I can feel the difference in the foam/weight/quality but I'm not sure it really matters to the dog, my very picky, very spoiled guy likes thisI have a 75 pound, 13-year-old Sheepdog who is arthritic and requires, in a bed, a certain height, softness, firmness, portability for travel, stability when he is trying to get up, etc etc. I have a $300 Big Barker (excellent purchase if you're considering it but it's a lot of money!) that has been his main bed for years, and I have cycled through others that are in and out within months as they are junk. Honestly, I can feel the difference in the foam/weight/quality but I'm not sure it really matters to the dog, my very picky, very spoiled guy likes this bed just fine. It's been a few months and the shape is still not sagging, my guy and his joints are not sinking down the floor, he can get on/off and up easily. I bought this one for the car and ended up liking it so much it's in my front room now, and when we go out, it's easy enough to throw in the back with him. Not like the Big Barker bed, which I have to wrangle in and out of the house.… more
Great Dog Bed

I have a 60lb cattle dog mutt that is ten years old and loves this bed. Stark usually sits on the couch but I wanted him to have a bed in our bedroom as well so purchased this one given the great reviews. Stark is not a chewer so I can't say if it holds up in that sense. He seems to love how the edges on two sides curve up, he always rests his head on it. Whenever I get home and open my bedroom door he comes in and lays on this bed so I know it's his new favorite spot. Worth every penny. Color is true to picture. Soft velvety top and nice plush feel yet firm enough so your dog wont feel the floor beneath them. I have concrete floors so that was important.
New Bed: He loves it!

I didn't know if our 7 yr-old shih tzu would like this bed as a replacement to one he used over 6 yrs; once very good it was losing it's internal-pillow like shape & was no longer supportive. With neck & lower back issues, we decided to try this to see if he would use it. He loves it; he doesn't even go to the old one which was left out for a short-time so he would know he could still use it...he hasn't. He loves to rest his head/neck on the elevated ends which are a perfect height. Great find!
Best bed I’ve purchased.

My mastiff mix is 140lbs. He’s 8 and has arthritis as well as muscle issues. He never seemed to have an issue with his old bed but I didn’t like how thin it was, so I sprung for this giant one. I don’t regret it AT ALL. He stepped right up onto it and flopped down. It’s big enough that I can lay down on it with him and give him some scratches and cuddles while watching tv. I don’t even feel the ground. Big dog loves it so much he doesn’t even come into the bedroom to sleep anymore, so now I have to get him another of these beds for the bedroom!
my big baby loves it

I have a 75lbs lab mix that started leaving her bed in the middle of the night to sleep on the couch. She sleeps through the night way into the morning now. It doesn’t flatten at all while she’s on it and she loves the raised sides that act like a pillow. It’s the perfect size, plenty of room for her to stretch out. We got it about 3 months ago and it’s just as firm as the day we got it. Highly recommend.
Nice Bed for the Price
on Feb 15, 2020
I had none of the problems other people have experienced. I bought the cream color. It's not a $300 luxury dog bed but it's appropriate quality for the price. My cat tried it out first and lounged there. No offensive smell as others have reported. One of my dogs (70 pounds) likes it quite well. She can stretch out and put her head up on the end as though it had a pillow. Of course, the real test comes when it has to be washed. I don't know yet how well the cover will hold up and whether you have to be a contortionist to put it back on.
Plush dog bed

Just received my dog's bed. As soon as I openened it from the packaging I noticed the seam near the zipper was not completely sewn. My dog doesn't seem to mind, which is why I am giving it 2 stars and otherwise it appears to be a decent bed. I would return it but I am not sure it is worth the hassle of a return.

Worst dog beds ever. I ordered 2 of the jumbo beds. Very disappointed in the fact it only inflated 2 inches. Not good for dogs with orthopedic problems. My dogs will not lay on them because they are not cushioned enough. Definitely not 6 inches of cushion depth for them to lay on. Chewy needs to remove this product it’s falsely advertised. Very disappointed.
Great cat bed

My cat is only 10 pounds so I ordered a small. At first I thought it might be too small for her, there is no flat spot in the bed, just a valley in the middle. The bed is relatively firm, higher quality feeling than I was expecting for $15 or so. Like a solid tempurpedic bed. The bed did have a chemical smell when I opened it, so I wrapped a blanket she frequently slept on around it. I would have done this anyway because the last bed I got her, it took over a year for her to actually start using it. She started sleeping in her new bed after 5 minutes. The small proved to be perfect, the sloping sides help her curl into a tight ball. She loves it.
