Roo is a 30 pound goldendoodle that is about a year old. This worked great in providing a little refresh between groomings! With a little massaging it was also able to get out a little mat in her chin hair (although I will note that it was not a large mat). Typically those just get cut out! The reason for the four stars is the nozzle type. The pump pushed out the product in a single stream instead of a misting spray. While this was helpful for the mat, I think the general purpose will be the refresh, and the single stream seemed a little counterintuitive for that. Roo didn’t seem to mind the spray and it didn’t bother her skin. However, when you would spray it on her body and brush through, the single stream made her very aware that she was getting sprayed with something! All in all a good product, but could benefit from additional spray options.

My little guy hates to be brushed and tangles easily. It smells really nice and does make it easier overall to complete the process. However, I do notice that he still has some mats, and some areas are still difficult to brush out. It didn't leave his coat dirty or greasy, which I was afraid of at first. I also appreciate the natural ingredients. I think if we took him to the groomers on a more regular basis, this would be a great tool in between visits. We will definitely buy it again! I

Easier to use the slicker brush

I think this would be great on a thinner coated animal. Mitzi is mostly Chow Chow. Her coat is incredible thick. Must use a lot of product to get it in her heavy

I think this would be great on a thinner coated animal. Mitzi is mostly Chow Chow. Her coat is incredible thick. Must use a lot of product to get it in her heavy undercoat. It does help quite a bit. I might be looking for a miracle product to ease brushing and detangling.

I really appreciate that the scent is pleasant, but not too strong. I noticed that my dog can sometimes react to grooming products that smell too strong, and he will not want to be touched, but I had no issue with this spray. In fact, my dog was very curious what it is and he let me spray him without any issues. The bottle is comfortable in the hand and doesn’t slip when spraying. The mist comes out fine and covers a good amount of area without making a mess around. I love how easy it is to use and it’s a great spray both when just spraying the dog and spraying and brushing him out. It helps to detangle and soften my Bernese Mountain Dog’s fur without making it oily.

Wasn’t sure what yo expect but this turned out to be a really great product that da. Be used either on wet or dry hair. I have two, 2 year old Maltipoos and a 3 month old purebred Maltese. One of the Maltipoos is definitely more poodle then Maltese. The other is more Maltese then poodle so the have totally different types of hair. The more poodle has much kinkier hair while the other is much silkier. The more kinky seems to mat a lot, especially with rough playing. This can be sprayed on his hair dry and worked through to help de-mat him. And he doesn’t cry! Very interesting product that will come in handy with all 3

I tried this detangler on my MIL's fluffy Corgi where she gets matted under her legs, and it seemed to help loosen them up pretty well. The scent was pleasant and overall it gave her fur a nice, glossy finish. I will keep using it but I wish it could be used on dogs and cats. If it can be used on cats, I didn't see that on the bottle. Overall, I'd give this a shot if you're looking for a reliable dog fur detangler and leave in conditioner.

My dog has a medium wiry coat, and it gets super thick and difficult to comb through when she isn't groomed often. This spray helped me get a comb through her fur and remove a lot of the loose or excess fur in her coat. It didn't leave any residue when I pet her later, and I didn't notice any smell to it, which is nice. She didn't have any reaction to it either; she doesn't usually like strong smelling grooming products and doesn't like getting sprayed with water, but didn't react when I spritzed this into her fur. Seems like an effective grooming and conditioning product.

This detangling conditioner gets the job done. I used it for Porkchop's in-between grooming touch-up. He loves to play in the leaves this time of year and that leaves him needing extra brushings. This conditioner, used with the 2-in-1 Grooming comb, worked great. He has very curly hair that often tangles. Mats can form under his ears. This conditioner seemed to smooth out the tangles so I didn't have to tug as much. I thought it was especially helpful on his ears, chest, and tail, and it left his curls silky. I was not fond of the smell; but it didn't linger, so it was not a problem.

I used this product on my long-haired dachshund's ears that are prone to tangle. After spraying it and letting it absorb for about five minutes, I was able to comb through his fine fur without any trimming.The scent is faint and pleasant and left no lingering odor. I am pleased with this product and will continue to use it as it makes grooming more comfortable for my sweet boy!
