Is this chicken raw or has it been cooked then freeze dried?

These treats follow a 2-step braising/freeze-drying process which means the meats are lightly cooked before freeze-drying to eliminate the harmful bacteria found in raw meats.

My dog is a yorkie with pancreatitis. She has a very strict diet. She is allowed dehydrated chicken that is all natural and nothing else in it. Is this the case? What are the ingredients?

The dogs loved them, I did not.
