Garden of Vegan delivers the complete and balanced nutrition that every dog needs. Each meat-less recipe, from wet food to kibble and treats,
is made with non-GMO fruits and vegetables, chickpeas, healthy oils, plus added vitamins and minerals to support your pet's overall well-being.
Garden of Vegan offers dogs an alternative to a meat-based diet that's just as nutritious as it is delicious!
Great for Protein-Sensitive Pups
Some dogs have a tough time digesting meat and other ingredients like dairy, corn and wheat. That's why Halo's Garden of Vegan doesn't
use any of those ingredients, but instead crafts plant-based recipes with protein from chickpeas, barley, oats and green peas. Even
dogs on restricted diets and with food sensitivities can get the nutrition they need without the meat!
Can Dogs Be Vegan?
They sure can! Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they need meat to thrive, while dogs are omnivores and can consume plants
and/or animals as their main source of food. That means, they can get the nutrients they need from a completely plant-based diet
like Halo's vegan dog food. Plus, every Garden of Vegan recipe meets the national levels of dogs' nutrient requirements established by AAFCO.
Adopting a Vegan Lifestyle
Many pet parents choose Garden of Vegan because it provides their pup with a complete and balanced way to join their current vegan lifestyle.
Others choose it because their dog is sensitive to animal protein, or because they want to integrate more plant-based foods into their diet.
Whatever your reason is for choosing Halo, you can feel confident that every bite is loaded with wholesome nutrition.
For over 30 years, Halo has created pet food made with uncompromising quality and ingredients. From recipes with fresh animal protein to plant-based recipes for sensitive pets, Halo believes nutrition is what matters most. Their mission is to change the way pets are fed and farm animals are raised with their innovative products and by donating bowls to shelter pets with every purchase.
My dog is usually very picky about crunchy treats and most of the time won’t eat them. Not the case with these treats though! She loves these treats! The peanut butter smell is dominant over anything else and my dog loves PB so she gobbled them up!!
Not as healthy as they appear...

There are some great qualities to these treats compared to many on the market, however these are not the “healthy treat” they claim to be at first glance!! Each little biscuit has 17 CALORIES and 5 gams OF FAT! That’s an ENORMOUS amount in case you’re not familiar with pet treat composition. If you want to contribute to the massive pet obesity problem, these will do it! Otherwise I’d suggest making your own. It’s cheaper and much healthier. Also, these DO contain preservatives - they get away with saying “no preservatives” because it’s limited to one ingredient. Just bake your own. Cheaper and 100% healthy. Let’s stop making pets overweight and giving them things out of convenience ratherThere are some great qualities to these treats compared to many on the market, however these are not the “healthy treat” they claim to be at first glance!! Love this brand and these treats! When you open the bag it smells just like peanut butter cookies!
My dogs of course love them and also the sweet potato carrot treats too. I also give them a coat and skin supplement by Halo that I love. I will continue using Halo and probably adding more of their products to what I buy!

My dogs love these little bone cookies. I have a yellow lab who barks just once, at the counter where I have the treats, until I get him one. My deaf pickapoo just sits there waiting. They love the peanut. N pumpkin the most.

I order these knowing that the size was just right for each of my bulldogs that range in age 2-8y. Makes them slow down chewing and not tough at all to break down. They love the flavor!
My dogs love these!
