Cleaning Issue

Pretty good product however ther are a couple of issues. The top should be made to pull off. How are we to wash the water container via the fill opening? Second, if you advertise a stainless steel water bowl, it should be just that.

Poor water placement

When my cats us this, they are constantly getting food in the water portion. It is impossible to keep water clean.

NeatFeeder

I like that this is a feeder water combo, the lid on the bottom easily unscrews for filling. Holds plenty of water for a few days for my Frenchie. If our lab drinks from it, it has to be refilled daily. So I would say this is much more suitable for a small to medium sized pet. The insert in the water area, does help reduce the amount of water play, and spill which is nice. The food bowl is NOT stainless steel, but rather plastic which is not a huge issue for us. All in all I really do like this feeder!

Bad investment

Got this item,very disappointed.Can't get the lid off to fill it,ended up putting water in the cup.,says stainless steel bowl,it's hard plastic not stainless steel..This is a ripoff. As to getting the lid off,myself and 2 other family members could not.

You do not take the top off. You fill the water by unscrewing the bottom green watering hole. Good product.
