Our chickens adore this

Our flock adores this feeder. It’s especially our very large rooster! He no longer has to hunch over or squash his comb into the hooded feeders to eat. Easy to clean

It’s solid but not rat proof

We were hoping that this could be our solution to the rats however they were just able to jump onto it and use it as a feeding swing.

No more waste

I've gotten one of the features that had the lid in the little cups.They stick their head in... But I noticed a lot of feed was dropping on the ground. So I ordered

I've gotten one of the features that had the lid in the little cups.They stick their head in... But I noticed a lot of feed was dropping on the ground. So I ordered this and hung up plant hammer and hung up the feeder and miraculously, no more waste. An large size allows me to leave for the weekend to go camping. And the girl still have funny left when I come back

I have 6 hens currently and wanted a feeder that could hold several days of food. This feeder gets about 4 to 5 days for the 6 hens if filled completely up, which

I have 6 hens currently and wanted a feeder that could hold several days of food. This feeder gets about 4 to 5 days for the 6 hens if filled completely up, which is great! It's open on the top, so it's important to hang it somewhere rain wont get into the food. You can place it on the ground but we opted to hang it after noticing the ladies standing on it and pooping into their food. We installed a plant hook bracket to hold it just a few inches off the ground and that helps prevent poop in their food.

No cover?

I wish I had known and noticed this didn’t come with a cover! how will it keep out rodents and insects?? We will cover the top with foil I guess?

Sturdy Poultry Feeder, Reliable and Easy to Clean!

We would recommend this hanging feeder to anyone in the market for one; it is thick and sturdy, easy to disassemble and put back together for thorough cleaning,

We would recommend this hanging feeder to anyone in the market for one; it is thick and sturdy, easy to disassemble and put back together for thorough cleaning, and holds a large quantity of feed if needed. I like that this feeder has four equal sliding hooks at the base for the top to attach to; I find this easier to use and fill up, and it gladly does not get feed stuck in the grooves at all (including small seeds). Both our inside and outside chicken friends have used the feeder, and all seem to have no objections.

We first used this product with our new batch of 16 chicks. It has been a great size compared to other devices we have used previously because we don’t need to

We first used this product with our new batch of 16 chicks. It has been a great size compared to other devices we have used previously because we don’t need to fill it nearly as frequently. The openings for the chicks to get the feed are great! Only thing I would suggest are optional fold out feet for the bottom to raise it up a bit. This will help the chicks as they get older and grow, and hopefully with also minimize the amount of bedding that gets into the food openings.
