Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.
My dogs went crazy the first time I gave them the frog. They fight over it all the time so I ordered 2 more, hoping I would get a pig or the duck. Well, no. They sent 2 more frogs! I know the person packing didn't know I already had a frog but why give two of the same in one order. Wish I could choose which one to buy...really wanted that piggy.
I got this for my new puppy, she is a corgi and she lovesssss to chew so I thought this rubber would be perfect. She loves it so much small enough for her to carry around and she loves the squeakyness. I got the pig but I actually wanted the duck but it’s still a great toy for her, just wish I could of picked which one I wanted.
I absolutely loved this one. I got a duck instead of the pig, which is what I originally ordered but it was still cute. Roxanne must not have liked the bug eyes and break because she took those of immediately. It didn't take her long to get them off. She had fun though and that is the most important thing for me!
My dog destroyed this toy within 10 minutes of giving it to him. He ate the squeaker before I took it away and he couldn’t pass it and needed surgery ($5000!!). If you have a destructive dog this is not a good one! I will never get a toy with a squeaker again!
Bought 2 got the duck and the pig. So happy I got the piggy as it is super soft and perfect for my elderly Penelope. She sleeps with it every night. The duck gets tormented by Prudence. They are GREAT toys. :)
I have yet to give this one to my doggos. I use this like a stress ball. Plug the air hole, squeeze and make the eyes bug out. Gets a chuckle out of me every time.
Our mini-Aussie loves his piggy so much he whimpers and cries, while nibbling on it. I wonder if it’s something about the texture, he doesn’t do it to any other toy. I wonder what he is feeling as his cries sound plaintive. Maybe it reminds him of some foggy puppy memory of hairless and pink siblings? He gets ramped up when I squeeze it to make the eyes pop out, I do have to cover the air hole to make that work, however, not something he can do. I’ve purchased a third one of these, as we needed one for travel, the original one was so dirty, even though still intact, and running it through the wash didn’t help. The second was a duck but it did not squeak, like hairless puppies should, so he doesn’t love it as much. The third we got was another piggy and now he has his comfort toy for traveling.
I didn’t expect this to last very long. The first one we bought lasted several days before my dog ripped the face off. He loved this so much we got him a second one - it looks less creepy than the defaced original. His favorite activity with this toy is to bury it in blankets, then “dig” it out.
They say they are for dogs of all sizes but wow these are small. I gave up on buying the latex pig after pig so I figured this would be different and perfect. I was totally shocked how tiny they are maybe my Pom-a poo-could play with this but not my Shepherd puppy or English bulldog. I know my bulldog will pull the eyes out first chance. Could be the eyeball from they toy in Breaking Bad LOL
My Dachshund acted like this was a bit to heavy. He tried to take it to bed but he kept dropping it. But it is good toy.
