    Inconsistent

By Carl on Jan 25, 2021

The first time we ordered this our chickens LOVED it, the second time it was okay, and the third time it was completely different. We add water to it to make it more like wet food, the last batch barely absorbed the water and smelled different. I am not sure why the batches are so different, but we and our chickens noticed.

    Chickens Like It

By Niki on Jan 29, 2021

Although our chickens seems to like this food, it gave a few of them loose stools (maybe only one of them, hard to tell!) Not sure what's in it to cause that. They all liked it though and ate the whole bag very quickly.

    Our chickens loved it

    By Sue1anne on Feb 20, 2020

We ran out of our regular brand and needed something shipped because we were leaving town. Our chickens loved Healthy Harvest crumbles. The crumbles fit in the feeder and the chickens went right to it and started eating. They looked at it and cocked their heads then ate more. This is a winner at our house. Our girls can be finicky with their food, but they are laying eggs several days later, so we will order again.
