doesnt get as nearly as warm as my cat wants + a lot more

this product overall is a mess. when I first got it I was surprised how thin the material was.. for 27$. not just that but the fact its much smaller than I thought

this product overall is a mess. when I first got it I was surprised how thin the material was.. for 27$. not just that but the fact its much smaller than I thought. however big it looks, I promise its a lot smaller. it can fit a small box.. and honestly not even that. as u can see it doesnt even fill the edges of the box. the biggest issue is, is that it hardly gets warm. before putting it into this box I put it in a bigger one and my cat seemed to like it before it randomly stopped getting as warm. or maybe it wasnt that warm in the first place, I dont know. anyway soon after, he just left to move somewhere else. my cat LOVES heat so its pretty telling that it wasnt producing much heat. I press my hand against the mat and BARELY feel any heat. Im pretty sure Im convincing myself theres any heat at all. (like i said, maybe it did at first because he did stay there for a sec) just some nitpicky things; the wire is completely exposed and thick. I expected for it be thinner and somewhat covered with the mat. but nope.. its bulky, in the way, and my cat seemed annoyed by it and just kept biting it. its also awkwardly shaped.. again, nitpicky. but why would they make it a square and not a rectangle? it made it hard to fit good in a lot of places. bad product :/

I have Italian greyhounds and they absolutely love this bed! The cord is long enough that you can adjust where you place it and have peace of mind that they can’t chew the cord and hurt themselves. I love the timer and the heat levels- it’s never too hot to harm and the case is soft & easy to clean. I will likely buy another for a backup to have in other rooms. They are great! And I actually enjoy laying on it on my sofa lol!

Weasel is 14 years old and suffers with arthritis. It only took him a day to figure out this mat makes him feel better! Whenever I can't find him, I look on the daybed. I keep it on warmth setting #1 twenty-four hours a day. He's in heaven! He DOES NOT share HIS mat with my other, younger cat!! Had I known, I would have gotten two.

Game Changer

My sweet girl was suffering with IVDD. I couldn't get her comfortable and it was recommended to get her a heating pad. It was a game changer in the healing process
