How to delete a product from your list

What is in this product that supports this statement: Enhanced Appetite Trigger Technology (E.A.T.) that stimulates the appetite of your pet? My cat goes nuts for this stuff. He was just diagnosed with Kidney Failure.
Answer by ChewyJun 26, 2018
Sometimes, when a pet is having renal failure, their appetite can decline. E.A.T is proprietary blend of ingredients added to k/d formulas to enhance appetite stimulation.

My cat was recently diagnosed with kidney problems and the vet sent me home with the k/d ocean fish pate cans but I couldn't stomach the smell. So I ordered these from Chewy, thinking that they're more expensive but if he likes them and they don't make me gag when I'm feeding him then it'll be worth it. Well, not only do these smell worse than the ocean fish ones, but my kitty won't touch them. Maybe others have had a better experience but it was a big NO for us unfortunately.

My cats said no

I wanted this to work for my cats because they need kidney healthy food, but they hated it and wouldn't touch it no matter how I tried. I am sure it's great food, but they say no and are pretty stubborn about it.

cat food k/d

Espresso seems not to like it. We now mix it with her old cat food Fancy Feast to get her accustomed to the new flavor and she is eating it. Hopefully this works as we realize the importance of the k/d food. We also did not receive the 35% savings on our first shipment.

I love chewy

Meow meow says Suki when the Chewy truck pulls up full of her favorite foods. She is finicky unlike Socks the Sumo Tuxedo cat who will eat out of the garbage! Just kidding, he prefers canned cat food. We are grateful to Chewy for delivery to our remote door. Thank you, drivers1

cat loves this and will eat it

My cat is picky and unfortunately being on a prescription food makes his choices limited. He LOVES the canned version. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey to feed exclusively wet. Apparently this tastes really great tho and while on it he kept his weight up.

Coco Loves it

Well our fur Baby is turning 18 and is our Queen and Diva. She recently got an UTI and the doctor stated to change to renal wet food. To our surprise and because she is so finicky but she actually LOVES it’s. She Can’t wait to eat. Yay.

Review of food

This food definitely increased my cats appetite. I would recommend buying both the wet food and dry food in order to swap out. My cat wanted to eat all day. At first he did not like it, because he is a picky eater. However, over time and adding his favorite probiotics he now eats it with no problem. The food has a strange order if left in the bowl after your cat does not eat the whole thing.

Not worth the money or aggravation

My first time buying prescription food was extremely aggravating on this site but to make it really frustrating is that both of my cats will not eat this variety..... they eat another brand (non prescription) Urinary Care even though its in a pate form that they normally don't like.. but they're hungry. I would give this a "0" if I could
