I mix this with Large Breed sensitive stomach, half-and-half. Solves all of our problems (Labrador has both sensitive skin and is food-obsessed). Great solution!

Hills Science Diet - Adult Large Light

I've had giant breed dogs since 2002. On the recommendation of my vet, my all puppies have been raised on this brand of kibble. They love the taste and have all grown up strong, healthy, and well developed.

Hills large dog food

I called in asking about why my dog food size was smaller than before. The CS rep went into my account and found out that I ordered wrong She was very polite and patient and went into my history to let me know I what I'd ordered before. Thanks a million guys!!

unsure....possible allergens?

We purchased this for our yellow lab who had been eating the original Hills large breed formula; within a few days she was scratching like crazy, and when we pet or brushed her it seemed that her skin was itchy everywhere. We switched back to the original Hills large breed food and just as before it only took a few days to notice a difference - the itching and scratching stopped. We did not change anything else but this food (and don't feed her people food) so my conclusion is there is something in this formula that may cause issues for sensitive doggies.
