Does Hill's Science Diet Adult Sensitive Stomach & Skin Grain-Free Salmon & Vegetable Entree Dog Food comes as DRY food?

Is the salmon farmed or wild? I’m concerned about mercury and excess contaminants.....

Whenever wild-caught salmon is available, it is sourced for this diet. When not available, farm-raised Salmon from the Pacific Northwest is used to ensure the recipe is still available. Regardless of where salmon comes from, farm raised or ocean caught, it has to pass their rigid testing and meet their specific nutrient levels for our use. All salmon is processed in federally inspected facilities.

How long can your canned dog food be refrigerated after opened? How long can it be left out at room temperature?

Your pet's bowl should be emptied of moist or canned food not eaten by your cat or dog within 4 hours if the ambient temperature is above 50°F. Opened cans should be stored in the fridge, at temperatures between 40-45°F, for a maximum of 5-7 days. Any cat or dog food remaining after that time should be thrown out.

Why add sugar to any dog food??

Sugar in the food can mask the bitter taste of some other ingredients, can make the food more palatable and changes the texture of the food.

A whole other flat of another flavor came fully dented in this delivery. This flavor had less dented cans, but the dents were in such a way I was confident the integrity

This flavor had less dented cans, but the dents were in such a way I was confident the integrity of all the can dented had been compromised. I didn’t want my dog, Dobby, sick so was unable to use. She also voted she didn’t want to get sick. This was an expensive issue since I neither have the time or energy to return or report outside the review.

Great food!

My old girl has a very sensitive stomach, a bad heart and bad teeth. She can only eat soft food that is easy on her stomach. Hill's Science Diet does the trick

My old girl has a very sensitive stomach, a bad heart and bad teeth. She can only eat soft food that is easy on her stomach. Hill's Science Diet does the trick. She loves it and I know she's getting the nourishment that she needs without it upsetting her stomach. I feed Hill's Science Diet cat food to my cat too. I have tried just about every food out there but Hill's wins.

Finally a food my dog doesn't need to take medication with

I have been buying canned dog food and adding a acid reducer medication so he could keep it down. I changed his food to Science Diet, both the hard and soft food
