Good!

My 18 y.o. terrier is very food picky and she actually regularly eats this stuff and her energy levels are great on this specific dry food with a little CBD oil and she is still very mobile. That said. Food pieces themselve were already very small and my latest bag (after 3 years of regular orders) was even smaller, like half the size of my pinkie nail. But it's for small dogs, says it right there, so it's great, just really tiny, like hamster food. My dog swallows em whole and she is a 16lb terrier.

dogs got sick on this new formula

The new version of the dog food is not good. My Pomeranians loved the original formula. After introducing the new formula my 2 small Pomeranians threw up for 3 days before I figured out what was going on. After removing them from the new formula, they stopped throwing up within a day and in two days could eat food again. I certainly will look for another brand after using this. Please be careful using this food!!!!!

Dog's favorite

My Boston Terrier is an extremely fussy eater and it has been a challenge to find a food that she will consistently eat. I have finally found it in this dog food...she seems to really love it. I would definitely recommend this dog food.

Ruined it with their new recipe

My dog absolutely loved this kibble, and I loved knowing it was pea-free and from a great company. Then they had to go and "improve" the recipe, ruining it. Now pea protein, a known inflammatory, is in the top 10 ingredients, and after reading all the FDA's published investigation into dilated cardiomyopathy, I don't feel like I can safely feed this to my dog. Hill's should know better. Thank goodness my boy is on a rotation diet; at least I have his other brands/formulas to rotate through while I find a safe lamb-based food for him. So disappointed in Hill's.

Nourishing food in combination

My dog, Teddy, likes the Hill's Science Diet small mini meal with a sprinkling of the dry food. He seems to enjoy the different tastes mixed together.

dislike

My dog will not eat this dog food. She ate Hills Science Diet when she was a pup, but she just goes hungry instead of eating it. I don't understand why but that is the way it has been time this time. The vet wanted her to lose weight, but not this way.

For sensitive stomach

This lamb flavor is a favorite for my small breed. She suffers from sensitive stomach and this has been great for digesting.

Our Robbie loves the lamb!

Hill's Science Diet is the only kibble our Robbie doesn't get diarrhea from. He's been raised on the puppy food for small dogs (under 20 lbs) and has now transitioned to the adult Sall Paws with Lamb. He loves it! Twirls around doing a happy dance when it's dinner time. Highly recommend!

Honey Belle absolutely enjoyed the lamb! I am sorry to inform you I had to have Honey put out of her misery today, a very difficult decision to have to make, it it was because of the science diet products that helped her live to the age of 14 years and two weeks!
