We got the fish oil at the recommendation of our vet for our older dog, but have discovered this is the magic sauce to get any dog to eat their food. Something about the smell spices up even the most boring kibble and our dogs and several dogs who have visited go absolutely wild for it. The only downfall is that something about the pump make it so that no matter what you do there is always a bit of a drip from the bottle that creates a ring on the shelf you store it on.

love the metal packaging - better for the planet than plastic!

This is a great product. It's not stinky and my dogs love it. Problem is that the container pumping mechanism is a total failure. I tightened it. I loosened it

This is a great product. It's not stinky and my dogs love it. Problem is that the container pumping mechanism is a total failure. I tightened it. I loosened it. It leaks out the spout in at least a tablespoon amount and for no apparent reason and not every time either. IF I decide to reorder this I will use a measuring spoon and throw out the pumper as a lost cause. I would not recommend using the pump but measuring out the product.

color is good, bright, and fishy. did not bother using the pump as other reviews stated its ineffectiveness - waiting for a pour spout to come in, though unscrewing the cap every morning isn't that difficult. just have a napkin handy for the little dribble down the side. 1yr pomeranian is also taking mussel powder and other supplements with this, but less than a week into getting them into his diet, his coat does feel softer (both layers) and his skin isn't as dry and flaky. i just wish it was enough to get him to eat his kibble, but that only worked the first day. certainly not a product problem, just my pup trying to trick me for treats
