These chews are digestible and among one of the healthiest things to chew on according to the American Kennel Club (AKC). Tendon chews are low in fat and high in protein and collagen. They help prevent plaque buildup on your dog's teeth as well. Tendons are high in glucosamine and chondroitin which assist in joint health. Easily digestible beef/buffalo tendons are not only rich in collagen, but also glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and elastin. These essential proteins provide elasticity and hydration to your dog's skin and fur, help to keep his joints strong and flexible, and support strong bones.

Keeps my Pup occupied

The shape and size stood out for me for the pups. Hi.

Made my two dogs SICK

Very, very sharp pieces. Both of them had vomiting and diarrhea for a few days. Vomiting up this product. Horrible. Do not give these to your babies.

Well, these aren't at all what I imaged they'd be! I thought they'd be similar to other buffalo chews which our dog loves, but these are so hard, I guess due to the honey coating, and she shows no interest in them at all. I've gotten her to eat only one by smearing it with her wet food, but instead of being able to gnaw it down, they break into pieces and shards, which concerns me if she doesn't chew the small sharp pieces well enough. Very loud as she finally gets it to break into pieces, amazed she doesn't break her teeth since neither my husband nor I can break them! Not sure what I'll do with the other 5, but I won't be purchasing these again.

When Zoey is in the mood for a chew, she'll seek one of these out and typically knock back 2/3 of one in one sitting; then go bury the rest. So they don't last long
