Hyper Pet Monster Pal Interactive Plush Dog Toy

Both my senior rescue dog and my puppy love this toy. It is nice too because the puppy will often entertain himself with it for awhile, giving us a bit of a break from chasing him around, pulling random things out of his mouth, playing with him or working on his training and manners. My only issue is that the on/off button, while hidden inside the cover, tends to easily get turned off by the puppy so he gets annoyed when he is playing with it and then all of a sudden it stops making sounds and moving around. So we then go get it, turn it back on and off he goes again with it. I wish they'd make the on off button more protected from their teeth that must be turning it on and off when they grab it- maybe make a plastic or silicone flap over the button? I also wish the sound was a bit more like a barking dog (some of the old ones used to sound like that) or a normal animal sound rather than the weird sound it makes (can't really describe it because it isn't a natural sound) but that is likely more of a preference thing on my part than what the dog cares about. ;o)

Cute toy does what it says it will do. We have a chewer so it lasted a day. He was able to rip the material and bite into the battery area great if you have a small dog

After a day of nonstop play and barking Nathan now plays with Monster on and off throughout his day. It helps keep his hunting spirit alive as he buries under his blanket then digs it out.
