It says 3 servings per 5 lbs of body weight. My cat is 13 lbs, but needs to be 10 lbs. So would I be feeding her 6 of these a day? That seems like an awful lot.

It's recommended to adjust the feeding instructions to maintain your cat's ideal body condition. In your case you will feed your cat the amount of food that correlates to his ideal weight of 10 pounds.

Regarding phosphorus content: Here you don't specify 'dry matter' or 'as fed' as you usually do. I do not know what that distinction means anyway! Can you explain it? And I assume the phosphorus described for this item is 'as fed'? Thank you.

The Tuna Recipe contains approximately 0.44% Phosphorous and the Chicken Recipe contains approximately 0.34% Phosphorous content on an as fed basis (with moisture content). Dry matter refers to material remaining after removal of water, and the moisture content reflects the amount of water present in the feed ingredient.
