Apparently really tasty
My senior kitty Spike (er Doo) was eating the Purina one senior kitty hard food and thriving. One day I opened a new bag and she wouldn't touch it. None of my 11 cats would. I'm guessing they changed the formula. Fast forward a week and a bit of money and I found this. Tried all the senior hard food on the market and this was the clear winner. It's the only one she went back to time and time again. Thank you Iams for making yummy nummies for my little princess.
She likes it!
I have a 13 yr old cat that is a picky eater. I was hesitant to buy a big bag, but decided I could donate it to the shelter if she didn't eat it. I put a few pellets by her and she gobbled them down. I had to watch how much she was eating to prevent her from just throwing it back up. She went to the kitchen looking for it. I am thrilled and hope this keeps up.
They all love it!
We have 5 rescues of varying ages. Our senior girl needs to lose a little bit of weight. We're staring with the Iams brand to see if it will work. It definitely has a better price point than some of our other options and all of them seem to like it. She hasn't been on it long enough to see any weight loss, but at least we found something that everyone will eat!
Hey He likes it!
My little old man likes his new food. Such a big bag will last a long long time but it’s better than not being able to find this particular type of food. Chewy carries it where stores hardly at all anymore. Thanks Chewy for coming through for my little buddy
helped my cats a lot!
One cat had been biting and licking its belly. Quit a couple weeks after switching to this food. Other cat had bum problems. All cleared up after starting this food. Will stick with IAMS at least for their lifetimes.
great senior food for multiple cat household
I have several cats all ages 7 to 13 yrs of age. some overweight and some a little on the thin side. I have tried all kinds of foods from the ultra expensive, they decided after a month or so they wouldn't eat any more of the expensive stuff.. I talked to my vet and she suggested getting a good quality kibble for seniors..so I looked exclusively at the list of ingredients..I liked what I saw..and they love what they get in thier bowls every morning! Thank you IAMS..
Kitties love it!
My 16 and 17 year old cats love this kibble. I free feed it 24/7 because they’ve both gotten underweight with age. It gratifies me to see them nibbling at the kibble multiple times per day. This is of course supplemented by canned food 3x per day.
My senior cat loves it!
My cat started getting UTI's, and I tried her on a food meant to help UTI's, but she did not really touch it. Then, I gave her some high quality food that my daughter's cat uses, but it is hard for her teeth, and it was meant for young cats. I decided to give this food a try since she is getting old. She seems to like it, and she is even running around a little more. I am going to try some treats for UTI health, and special PH Balanced water for cats to see if that does the trick for the UTI issues!
I have been feeding my 14-year-old cats Iams for quite some time but just switched to the Iams senior dry cat food. They like it better
Senior Cat food
I made a mistake when I order this senior food. My cats are not seniors but they seem to like it just fine. Next time I order I will read a little better.
