FEEDING GUIDELINES: These guideline amounts are a starting point and your cat may need more food depending upon age, activity and temperament. In order to reach optimal body condition, you may need to adjust food intake. This represents the total recommended volume of food per day. You should divide the total recommended feeding amount by the number of times you feed your cat per day to get the actual portion size per feeding.
• If you have a kitten, pregnant or nursing cat, we recommend feeding IAMS kitten food.
• Remember to have clean, fresh water available for your cat at all times.
• Because IAMS Sensitive Digestion & Skin cat food is complete and balanced for maintenance, you do not need to add vitamin or mineral supplements.
• When introducing IAMS cat food, gradually mix it with your cat's current food over the course of 4 days.
Transition Instructions
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
1. Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
2. Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
3. Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
4. Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.
IAMS combines tailored nutrition with tasty real ingredients your cat will love. This formula does not contain artificial coloring.
We have multiple cats / breads / ages / male and female, that all prefer and is safe for all of them. Has been our best choice so far for kibble for all our kitties. People complain about price, but if they would weigh the GOOD and bad, this is the best choice for not only healthy fur babies, but also for the price. How can you put a price on the babies you love.

Great Cat Food for Finicky Kitty
My outdoor Kitty, Smokey - has lately come down with sensitive stomach issues after eating. I've tried several different brands of sensitive stomach cat food and none of them worked, or he refused to eat it. I buy IAMS for my other indoor cats for their UTI issues, so I decided to try this and so far, - this is working. Smokey loves the taste. I appreciate the size of the kibble and the cost for the bag of food.

Iams Sensitive
Our cats love this and it has a nice meaty smell to it! We have it available for them 24/7. One of our kitties just loves it if I put some in a separate bowl with a bit of warm water and mix it into a gravy.

Our monk monk love it
Our cat was losing weight and no matter what we do we couldn't get him to eat without getting sick. Tried sensitive digestive and he no longer gets sick and he's putting on some weight.

Stopped Daily Vomit
Our cats recently started vomiting pretty regularly. They didn’t have any health issues that we knew of, but we’re still throwing up a ton. We switched to this version of Iams, and over the past month, they have pretty much stopped throwing up all together. We noticed a slight difference right away, but it gradually got better and better.

Opened litter
We’ve been having issues with our delivery just throwing our boxes on the ground. A lot of time items are opened. This time a bag of litter was open.

Good for cat with sensitive digestive system
Our cat is overly sensitive to many foods. We tried all sorts of expensive and cheap brands, but everything seemed made her vomit. On top of that, she started developing bald spots in her coat. This food is one of only two dry kibble products we found that has completely solved both the vomiting and bald spot problems. She really seems to like the flavor, too.

Made my kitties sick
I had been buying this for the last couple months, and there hadn't been an issue. However the most recent bag I got, after a couple days my two cats got sick (vomiting and diarrhea). I stopped giving them this food and they got better. Stupidly I thought it was a bug, and gave them the food again, and again they got sick. Stopped the food and they got better again and haven't been sick since.

IAMS for sensitive stomach
My cats switched over nicely. However, my Gracie still occasionally throws up her food. Tried several different things, but none work. However I do believe they are getting a better quality food than I used to buy. Delivery was fast.

Cuddles approved
My cat Cuddles has to be on a restricted diet due to her having had rectal prolapse as a kitten (she has no tail as a result of breeding, but I got her after the breeder surrendered her for euthanasia). We were on Royal Canin wet food, then dry food, and we bounced around there because products were constantly becoming unavailable. I found this and decided to give it shot. Cuddles will eat just about anything, but she won't even touch the Royal Canin food that is still leftover when it is next to this. She literally picks the Iams from around the RC. She's had 0 GI issues, no threat of prolapse, and she's finally eating well again.
