No more hair balls!
This food is great! It was very easy to switch my cat over to it and she had not had a hair ball in weeks! One tiny one that was barely any but still that was the only one in several weeks. Can’t thank this food enough :)
I ended up surprised
I have a Maine Coon mix who has constant trouble with hairballs. After starting this dry food, which I free-feed in addition to a modest, daily, wet-food offering, I noticed the hairballs slowed and then ceased. There have been a couple of false alarms, if you you will, but no hairballs on the floor after the first couple weeks. The increased fiber of the product creates a more effective digestion process for the hair. It's important to provide adequate water due to higher fiber intake. Anyway, I'm so pleased because I have tried the cat treats to no avail, and I was dreading having to buy super-expensive catfood, which of course still might not work. This stuff is good. I'm buying another bag right now...lol
They Love It
I initially bought this for my female cat. She is only 7 lbs. and is constantly grooming herself so I was looking for something for hair balls. Picked this up and she loves it. Her brother, 14 lbs. also loves it. He is on special c/d products but we do allow him to have a few tastes and of course whatever he can manage to steal. Oh, btw, no more or at least very few hair balls.
Great, healthy food!
I've been using this food for years with my cats. Comes in a version for weight control as well. I have found over the years many cats do not tolerate grains well, and it leads to health problems. Great product, affordable and even during covid has not been difficult to find. Highly recommend!
This catfood is great. We have 12 cat housemates ranging in age from 15 to 2 and they all love it. It's the perfect size and shape, easy for all of them to eat. It must be easily digestible because none of them have an issue with it at all. They all love the taste of it. I intend to continue buying this for them. It makes us all happy!
Smaller pieces for better digestion.
Just bought this product. My cat always has hairball issues even though I brush him a few times a day. He hasn't had any hairballs yet.
Iams cat food is always my first choice. I recently took in a 3rd cat. Within 10 days I noticed his coat changing for the better. Now closer to a month he has transformed beautifully. All my cats digest this food very well. No tummy issues and no problems in the litter box.
Iams Cat Food
I feed this food to homeless cats and I noticed a change for the better in their coat and they also look a lot helthier.
Not Good For My Cat
I was excited to try this since my cat struggles a bit with hair balls every once in a while. I fed it to her for a day and a half and she ended up throwing it all up multiple times. Not sure if her system had trouble digesting it or if something may have been wrong with the food but won’t be able to feed it to her. I’ll probably just be throwing it out as I don’t want it to potentially cause any issues for another cat, but unfortunate since it was paid for.
Always loved Iams for both dogs and cats. This food one is a winner for my 5 black, male cats ranging in age from 3-16 years. Even does well for my finicky eaters.
