My cat has ate meow mix since she was a kitten but she kept getting a reoccurring uti and nothing else seemed to help her until I switched her to this brand of cat food a couple months ago. I was skeptical it would really do anything for her but it’s worked! She’s doing great and hasn’t had a uti since. She’s halfway through her last bag I ordered a while ago. Since she’s doing better, I’m going to eventually switch her to the other kind of food the rest of my cats eat to make it easier when feeding all of them but I’ll definitely switch her back and buy this again if the other food ends up not working out for her.
I was looking for a dry renal support food cause all of a sudden my cat doesn’t like it anymore and it’s very very expensive. I’ve been putting this in with their regular kibble, and finally my cat loves it. I’m so pleased. He had a lot of teeth removed a few years ago, so this IAMS kibble is very small and not hard on his gums.
I have three cat males and I bout this food for their urinary tract to help prevent UTIs and it really helps with their immune systems. I mix it with another dry cat food and my boys love it! The quality is good. I would highly recommend this product for cats!
My 15yr old cat Spazz had a UTI blockage five years ago. I put him on Purina pro plan for UTI. And they’re wet food.. he’s never had any problems cents. I purchased. The Iams UTI because it was less expensive than Purina. It does the same job I am pleased
My cats have had UTI and overall urinary issues for several years and after spending too much money on Rx cat food, I needed to find an alternative that was just as effective but less expensive. The IAMS Urinary Tract Health cat food is the best I've found, and both of my cats love this food, and it has worked out great for them and my pocketbook! I do feel that my cats have less pee outside the litter box. So, a win-win all around.
My cat, Leo, was on very expensive prescription food for urinary problems. I switched to Iams ProActive Health Urinary Tract Health, and he's had no problems. He loves the food, and it's SO much less expensive!
One of my kitties has chronic cystitis and refuses to eat any of the prescription cat food, but she is reliable eating this, which should help with breaking up the crystals in her bladder. I am hoping this food will at least prevent an emergency vet visit, and after three months, so far, so good.
My oldest cat had bladder stones. But now he doesn't! I switched from Purina One Urinary Tract Support to this. Iams Urinary tract Support. My oldest is so much happier and not in pain. I'm so happy! Happy kitty happy mom.
My senior cat has a history of bladder stones and blockages. It became so repetitious that my vet had to perform PU surgery. Chard will always need a food formula for bladder issues. My vet had put my cat on an extremely expensive prescription bladder formula food. I love my little guy SO much, but I could not financially keep up with cost. I did a lot of research and tried some other non prescription bladder formula foods, but this brand and formula has been the one my special needs cat likes the most, and fingers crossed, he has not had an reoccurrence of infection in the few years I have been using.
I've tried another brand of urinary health food and my cats hated it. My indoor cats gobble this up and have had no urinary problem symptoms since starting it
