Reliable and compact

I got this for an outdoor cat so she would have food while we were away but if I left a whole bowl out she’d eat it all in one day. I love that it has the options

I got this for an outdoor cat so she would have food while we were away but if I left a whole bowl out she’d eat it all in one day. I love that it has the options to use an outlet as a power source or batteries (3 D batteries) so I can keep it in the cat house and run it off the batteries. (I ran it 5 days off batteries just fine) It is about 11.5 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide, and 11 inches long. So I was able to fit it inside her cat house. It has a large food container to hold plenty of food. The lid twists to lock to keep animals out of the food bin. It also comes with a moisture absorbing packet that you stick in the lid. The food tray is also removable if you wanted to use a different dish. You can program it to dispense up to 6 times a day and I think the most it will release is 2.25 cups a day total. Programming can seem intimidating but the instructions are very helpful. There is a handy portion chart to follow as well. I was a little skeptical on how well this would work but I am very happy with this feeder! (Comes with the charging cord and block, batteries not included)

Many bowls today are automatic, but I enjoy how easy it is to set up through the app. I have three different automatic feeders for my cats and this one takes the cake. The other two you set up manually on the feeder and have to figure out which buttons do what, how long you need to hold certain buttons down to change from the time of day, blah blah blah, but this one allows it all to be done on the app. Other two took me ten minutes combined, this one took me less than two.

We use it for our rabbits!

This works great. We actually use it for our rabbits to make sure they get fed on time while we’re busy with small children. Their food pellets are fairly large

This works great. We actually use it for our rabbits to make sure they get fed on time while we’re busy with small children. Their food pellets are fairly large and I was worried about them getting jammed but we haven’t had any issues! I thought the noise might freak them out too but now they sit in front of it for two minutes before the food comes out exactly on time and they love it. They haven’t broken into it yet, even when my 7lb rabbit bulldozes into it to get food. The serving sizes are small, which works nice for us since rabbits don’t get much. If you have a large dog though, you’re serving size may be the full 20 servings. I think each serving was like 2 tsp or something quite small which makes sense for customizing.

Too Light Weight For Determined Dog

Unfortunately, this was not a good option for our rambunctious Aussiedoodle. He’s cute. He’s smart… just too darn smart for the automatic feeder. It’s pretty lightweight

Unfortunately, this was not a good option for our rambunctious Aussiedoodle. He’s cute. He’s smart… just too darn smart for the automatic feeder. It’s pretty lightweight so he kept knocking it over to get to his kibble. This may be a better option for a cat. (Ours eat wet food so this was a “no go” for them.) Setting the clock was easy but programming it takes time and patience unless you have a ten-year-old in the house. Frankly, programming it was frustrating… definitely not intuitive. The feeder looks attractive but is too light weight for a 30-pound determined dog.

This feeder has a timer and is great for my overweight cat that also loves to try to get more food out of me. It was so easy to set up. Took a couple days for him

Took a couple days for him to get used to hearing the noise of the food coming out of the feeder. This is great for everyday use or even if you are going on a short trip.

Helps feed my cat when I went on vacation or when I work late. Fairly easy to program. Lid comes off kind of hard, but works okay. Reasonable price.
