Is the pad replaceable when worn out?

At this time, the manufacturer does not offer refill pads for this scratcher. The Scratch n' Pad will provide months of scratching enjoyment with normal use. For your cat's continued enjoyment, when the pad becomes worn on one side, simply flip the pad over.

I'm sorry if the answer is already listed,but I can't find whether the catnip is in a little bag or infused in the scratching board?. I just don't like the idea if catnip. To me it's about the sane as giving a pet a beer. No offense intended btw. Thanks to anyone that can answer this. :-)

The catnip comes in a small bag with the scratcher.

Basic scratch pad, misleading measurements

It's a paper/cardboard scratch pad. It does the trick. It's cheap and it comes with catnip. However, the measurements shown in the pictures are way off. It's 9.5"

It's 9.5" x 14.5" NOT 18.5" x 14.5" so about half the size I expected. If I hadn't bought this to meet a minimum for a $100 purchase/gift card deal, I'd be annoyed but whatever, it's just a scratch pad
