Are multiple family members able to use app for camera?

Yes! Multiple family members can use the Instachew camera through the Instachew Infinity app. Once one person connects the camera, they can share access with others by using the app’s Device Sharing feature. Each family member will need to create their own Instachew account and accept the shared device invitation.

Is there a monthly subscription associated with this camera? If so, is it required to use the product and how much is it?

The Puresight 360 Camera doesn't need a subscription for you to be able to see the recordings or use the amazing features this product has to offer. However, you would need to purchase a Micro SD Card (128GB) for you to be able to save videos.

Can you be away from home and still use the camera or does your phone have to be on the same wifi as the camera for it to work?

This pet camera can be accessed even if you are away from home, as long as the camera is connected to a 2.4Ghz stable internet connection.

Does this work with 5ghz systems or only 2.4ghz?

This camera is a fantastic way of gaining peace of mind while I am away from my home during the day. At first, I was nervous that the low cost would mean low quality, but that is simply not the case!! I love the ability to pan the entire room and access all of Mochi's favorite hiding spots using the one camera. The night vision mode is highly accurate and useful when out of town for a night. Additionally, I love that I can turn on the motion detection mode to send me alerts to know she is moving around, even when I can't actively watch the camera. All in all, I am highly impressed by this product and recommend it to anyone I talk to!!

Camera was very easy to set up and so was the app, it comes with paper instructions that are easy to follow. Very easy to record (even with no cloud/free version)

Camera was very easy to set up and so was the app, it comes with paper instructions that are easy to follow. Very easy to record (even with no cloud/free version) and utilize features such as the 360 view, talking/listening to your pet, and can zoom in and out. The night vision is not the greatest unless there is an outside source of light to help so I'd recommend getting a night light as well. Overall a good, easy to use pet camera, I even got a second one for another part of my house :)

Though the app is kind of clunky to get started with, overall, it’s fine. I’ve had zero problems. The camera works very well and has a lot of nice features for this low price. No issues with connecting to internet, to phone, everything has been smooth sailing since I set it up about a month ago. And the picture resolution and clarity are good. I’m very pleased and thinking of purchasing another one. You do not need a fancy, expensive camera, this one will do the trick.

The picture looks great vs other products. I can see clearly. The sound is great. But Ive had it for two days and it's stuck looking down. The direction buttons

The picture looks great vs other products. I can see clearly. The sound is great. But Ive had it for two days and it's stuck looking down. The direction buttons allow it to go side to side and motion detection and following still work so long as It doesn't have to look up. It's permanently stuck looking down so I'm not getting the full view the camera promises to provide.

Our human minion got this so that she could see us when she was away (and sometimes when she’s in bed and we’re making a ruckus in the living room). She likes being able to check on us. We’re not so sure about having this big eye following us around, and not sure about our minion talking to us when she’s not there, but it seems to make her happy. She said the instructions for set up were a little unhelpful, but she likes the night vision aspect, and being able to hear us and talk to us.
