This food does not appear to have Taurine in it, does it?

The taurine content of this food is derived from the high meat content and is not added synthetically. Meat naturally contains a lot of taurine through amino acids methionine and cysteine and is the primary source of naturally derived taurine. All Instinct recipes have more than adequate levels of these naturally-occurring amino acids given the amount of animal ingredients they include. Because taurine naturally occurs in their recipes, they do not need to supplement with taurine in their dog diets.

This food didn’t make my dog’s BM so loose and her farts so stinky. She loves this food, eats it with no toppers. We did a proper slow change over and it’s been over a month and my girls BM is just - not okay. Especially since she has a history of bum gland issues we need good firm BM.

If you can't afford 100% freeze-dried - this is a great solution!

My dog used to take hours to eat her food. I tried a few brands and she never changed. Then someone turned me on to freeze-dried food. She absolutely LOVED it and

My dog used to take hours to eat her food. I tried a few brands and she never changed. Then someone turned me on to freeze-dried food. She absolutely LOVED it and gobbled it up in seconds, but there was no way I could afford to keep going with it (would be HUNDREDS in a month!). I saw this mix and thought I'd give this a try. Sure enough, this is working and is MUCH more affordable! She finishes her food in minutes rather than hours (no, she doesn't gobble it up in seconds like with 100% freeze-dried, though). I'm happy with it and she definitely seems to enjoy it! I'm so glad for this alternative!

Waited until the whole bag was consumed to post this review. Both of the dogs love this dog food, like freeze dried liver levels of excitement to eat it. Have not seen either of them ever get this amped up over kibble before. Both of them look and acted healthy. Dogs loved it, Solid poos, Zero gut issues switching, Usa raised beef, no corn, wheat, soy, or chicken Byproduct (does have Chicken meal in ingredients). Freeze dried raw per bag. Highly recommend this high quality food.
