Order Screwed Up BIG TIME!

I recently receive an my normal Autoship order for my dog food. It was wrong in several aspects. First of all, we were shipped the wrong dog food. We were suppose to receive Instinct Large Dog Grain-Free Chicken. Instead we received Nutro Natural Choice. I was also hoping to see RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS. We originally had INSTINCT REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS on our auto ship. We contacted both Chewy and Instinct when it was on backorder for the past couple of orders, We were told by by Instinct that the REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS was discontinued from maunufacting on Jul. 1st, 2025. We informed Chewy of this fact and told they we would add the RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS to our AutoShip. It was also not included. The Chat person, Debbie, would not listen to me. She arranged the replacement bag for our large dog, but would not address the issue of the small-breed food. Chewy's database told her it was out of stock. I told her we had talked to Chewy and told them the manufacture had discontinued the brand on Jul. 1st (see link below from manufacture's website) Chewy said they would add the RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS to our AutoShip. https://instinctpetfood.com/all-products/?species=dog&grain[]=Grain-Free&needs[]=Small+Breed Just a HUGE suggestions CHEWY, when Chewy see a product going on out of stock for an extended period of time, you might want to have one of your Product Brand Managers call the manufacture.
