love this food
My dog has a sensitive stomach and can't eat chicken. It's very difficult to find food he can eat. He wasn't crazy about the current food I was feeding him, so I tried a few cans of this. He loves it. His stools are also much firmer. I mix this with his dry kibble and he eats it very quickly and looks around for more :)
Great topping for special treat on grain
Rabbit is a beloved taste that my 3 outside farm dogs have encountered in the wild. This product is pate like and supplemented with great fruits and vegetables
Great food! But...
I think this is excellent canned food. My whole dog family loves it. But it is outrageously priced. I recommend it if money is no object.
I was hopeful this would help my dog with his allergies. He needs a cooling food so I thought this and the beef variety would be the perfect food. It turns out, my dog hates it! Won't eat it and I don't blame him! It stinks and doesn't even look appealing. We are back to square one! Uhg
Your dogs will enjoy this
Appears to be a Pitbull favorite! My puppies are not necessarily picky eaters, but they really enjoy Instinct Original Grain-Free Real Rabbit Recipe Natural Wet Canned Dog Food.
very nice product, but was disappointed that three of the six cans were dented.
Sadly, none of my dogs will touch this
Bought this to add variety to the diets of my 5 dogs and while I wanted them to love it (for variety, but especially because of how much it costs!), not a single one would eat it. I’ll keep trying to find something different for them, this sadly is not it…
Dogs love it
This is hard to find in my local store. My dogs who are old and hard to please prefer the rabbit over all others, but only this brand. Other brands are drier, even canned. Expensive food, but no waste for us
It's mainly pork, not rabbit
This always drives me nuts about dog food marketing. Read the ingredients, the primary meat source is pork, not rabbit. Our dog has to be on cooling proteins, which rabbit is but pork is not. This is also very soupy, not like a pate. Dog loves the flavor, but for the price they are charging as though it is 100% rabbit and it's really mostly pork, a much cheaper protein source. Just an annoying marketing play.
Well, Blow ME Down
My Rat Terrier/Beagle likes it! It is pate and I was unsure how he would like it because he was eating stew types. I'm thrilled.
