What ingredients do you use that is from other countries including China?

All poultry comes from the U.S. . The vegetables and fruits are from the U.S. and Europe. Grains and starches are sourced from the U.S., Canada, and Brazil - herbs and spices from North America and Europe. Vitamins and minerals are from North America, Europe, and Asia.
Instinct takes every step to source non-China ingredients where they can. They do not source any meat, poultry or fish from China. The kibble diets may contain minor ingredients (vitamins, trace nutrients) sourced from China to ensure supply is guaranteed.
Does this product contain GMO ingredients?

Instinct's raw recipes are made with non-GMO fruits and vegetables but cannot be classified as fully organic. To labeled as such, even the foods their proteins are fed must be certified organic, and they cannot 100% confirm each animal’s diet given the slight variances among suppliers.
Why does it say for all stages except large size puppies?

Large breed puppies have really specific nutrients since they grow so fast compared to other puppies. When a recipe is not complete and balanced diet for large breeds puppies, it's usually due to the calcium and phosphorus content in the food. The Instinct by Nature's Variety Raw Boost Large Breed Puppy Grain-Free Recipe with Real Chicken Dry Dog Food is a great option for large breed puppies.
